I love my shoes, I wear a 5.5 and took a chance. They fit and are nice quality. I got a nice body suit as well. It had a very welcoming nice note.

I only shop at the Red Dress Boutique when they are having a sale because they're a bit pricey. Each time I have shopped there though I have received exactly what I expected! I've never spoke with customer service so I can't say anything about them but the products have been everything I've wanted out of them.

Their customer service is horrible and their clothing is extremely overpriced for the quality. The only reasonably priced items are final sale, and the customer service team does not divulge this to you until you attempt to return the item. I have several orders, receipts and shipping order forms that do not state "Final Sale". I also have several emails from customer service telling me that I will not be refunded because they neglected to inform me if an item was final sale. I will not be shopping there again.

I've ordered over 10 products from Red Dress Boutique and love every piece I receive. The prices are very inexpensive and the quality of the clothing is top notch! Shipping is very fast (received first package in about 2 days, normal shipping). Every package comes with a handwritten thank you note and is packaged nicely. I can't wait to make more purchases in the future

To begin with, I think this is a horrible company.

So they are very trendy, but Diana, the owner, is all money hungry and customer service is not her number one priority, money is. Seriously, if you like their clothes, or home deco, first try to Google it. I bet you will be able to find it somewhere cheaper.

Ever since they got on Shark Tank they talked about their "margins being high," and how they have grown the company very quickly. However, prior to their success, they had posted about how they wanted their dresses to be affordable and less than $50.00. Since their success, most of their items are over $50.00. You are no longer a person, but a number in their books or shall I say a $ than a number.

I recently saw a pillow that was cute, and Google it and guess what I found? I found the same pillow but instead of $42.00 it was $14.99. So when I told other girls online what a rip-off The Red Dress is, my comment got removed, and I am not able to comment anymore. They didn't address the issue, but tried to cover up. If you want a real company, and not one that started from someone's house, then I suggest you go else where. I have seen the same dress on other boutiques for a lot less.

Also, in previous past experience their dress are not true size. A size small could mean extra small or medium depending on the brand. So bottom line, go to your local boutique, where they have the same brands like: Just Me, San Joy, Everly, and get the same dresses but cheaper.

I was binge watching Shark Tank and saw this boutique. The outfits looked very cute so I thought I'd shop! It took me 10 minutes of browsing the site before I gave up on finding any shipping information in regards to overseas shipping (to the Netherlands/Europe), not even a little line that said 'we ship to U.S. only'. I decided to try the chat to seek clarification.

Even though I got an answer within a minute, the overall chat/customer experience was not great. No 'thank you for your question' or anything just 'Hi. No we don't ship overseas." When I asked if they were planning on doing so in the near future, I just got a quick 'not that we're aware of' answer.

Maybe I'm being spoiled by fantastic customer service by sites such as Netflix, but the whole thing just left me feeling kind of sour. If they'd answered nicer ,I might've tried asking again in six months or so to check, but because it felt like I was rudely being answered, I won't be doing so.

So you purchase an item, the size does not fit. What is the difference on the return if it's a regular price or a sale price? I'll take a credit, don't even want the money back! Shouldn't the bottom line be good customer service? I bought a size small dress for a gift, the recipient swims in it, it's way too big. The tag is still ON it. I did not check neck, waste, length. Who had time for that? We order online because we don't have enough time.

When I order from Macy's or Nordstrom's I don't have this problem AT ALL for the fittings or returns. I purchased several other items from Red Dress Boutique and this is the only one that does not fit and they will not allow it to be returned. I am returning the other items I've purchased because of the principle. I will not order SALE OR REGULAR PRICED items from this company again,
