From my first chat with Steve Cline he answered my questions, and when I unplugged my computer by accident, he followed up with a text and a time to talk by phone. He was upfront and transparent about what to expect from the process. Steve was available when I needed him and found him to be a great sounding board with concerns I had about the price range of houses we should be considering.

I did as much of the upfront work through Rocket Mortgage before Steve and I spoke. Throughout, the home buying experience was a very easy system to navigate. My wife and I looked at a house on Thursday evening, made an offer Friday and signed off on it Saturday morning. I uploaded it to Rocket Mortgage, and Steve and I were on the phone that afternoon reviewing the additional documents we needed to sign.

Once Lillian Ockstadt stepped in to make sure the process flowed smoothly from there, we were rocking and rolling towards a close. Lillian had us ready to sit at the closing table within two weeks. I think she mentioned once that it had been 11 days.

I went to Rocket Mortgage thinking I would never be approved, but low and behold, I was. The entire team was so helpful at getting the loan to go through, it only took two months from start to finish, although two weeks of it my fault (work, family, dragging my feet on a couple of things). I am now a first-time homeowner, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan.

I had previously used Quicken on a mortgage loan and was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the operation. Basically the same or better rates as the next.

When I needed to replace the roof on my home I started shopping around for refinance options, these folks were competitive with others I called. As a previous satisfied customer I decided to go with them again. I'm impressed again! I believe they've even improved from before. I believe the people make or break a company and the ones I dealt with this time were awesome! My intake broker, Matt (please edit if can't post names) was exceptional; friendly, knowledgeable and just plain easy going, and a good communicator got the process moving quickly. Once in the queue, Christine was 'on the job' keeping things moving along fast, reaching out when something else was needed.

My mortgage was fast and easy. I had to provide minimal information. I didn't spend hours digging up tax returns and other paperwork. When I had a question about some amounts on the Closing Statement, the question was quickly addressed and the document was updated. From application to closing, the entire process took 14 days. We got our proceeds check less than a week later and our Friends and Family bonus exactly a week after we signed. The closing process was easy, though the app they used was painfully slow. I meant to offer our Wi-Fi to speed it up, but kept forgetting while we chatted between documents.

I really enjoyed the experience of this mortgage process. The people that work for Quicken Loans are personal and professional. I received either an email or a phone call every day keeping me informed of the progress of our loan. I was told by another mortgage company that they couldn't issue me a loan after dealing with them for two months, but the great people at Quicken Loans got it done in less than three weeks and addressed the same issues the other company had. Thank you for your quick and professional work, and I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone.

The process was fast and accurate, however, you have to have all the documentation in front of you ready to go, is easy to understand and be ready to copy, paste, and fax. The agent will guide you step by step. You have to commit period!
