Simply Fit Board

It is a fun and easy way to exercise. But, after I used it for 15 minutes a day, my knees starting feeling stiff and were hurting. I bend my knees and stand straight. Am I doing something wrong? I WANT to use the fit board, but will my knees eventually go out, or is this exercise just strengthening my knees?

I am 26 years old and have many different health issues that many wouldn't believe. That being said, I hurt all the time, and I finally started the Simply Fit Board and it feels like its working during and after! I feel everything burning, and with the weights I add with it, even better!

I would definitely recommend it for when you're just stuck inside sometimes and still want to have your full body workout. I plan to keep doing it even along with other workouts!

I am 66, retired, have lower back issues that limit walking and sit too much. My legs are weakening, and balance is getting worse. Then, ta da!

I got this board. I get up, hop on, and get going. I put a rug under it to protect my wooden floor and a chair or counter top in front to grab just in case I wobble. I started slowly. I watched the video online to see how it's done.

I love to hop on every hour for a few minutes when sitting around. Life is good.

You don’t need to purchase the mat. It works best on the carpet. The key to not traveling around the room is - heels back, knees bent, head forward, and twist with the waist! It took me a few days to stay in one place.

Do not try to do in front of a large television if you are prone to getting seasick. I tried it for 3 days, feeling sick to my stomach every time. On the 4th day I went in my bedroom and used Fit Board in front of my iPad and I was fine!

I'm having a hard time using the Simply Fit Board because it walks all over the place. I called customer service to be told (by a very nice lady I might add) to simply try a yoga mat under it, but this does not work.

I notice on the infomercials they are using some kind of mat under it. Can I purchase this mat?

We have a board not purchased from the Simply Fit company. I wanted to order another and had the misfortune of dialing the number listed on their website.

It is the most useless site I have seen in years. After minutes of fighting the automated system, we finally got a human for several seconds, then the phone disconnects. When compared to Amazon and many others, it is amateurish at best. All we want to know is whether it is in stock. Don't they tell you in the online order system? Even Bed Bath & Beyond says they are out of stock. Would this be so difficult? I will buy from ANYONE but Simply Fit. It is an annoying, frustrating experience and one I would not suggest.

Amazon and Bed Bath & Beyond will also ship for free, but not Simply Fit.

Despite the shipping, I would buy it if their online AND phone system went through major and much-needed improvements. I nearly made the mistake of ordering it before Christmas, and only near the end of the call was I able to determine they were out of stock in the color I had intended to buy. I ordered from Bed Bath & Beyond.

An improved customer experience, including a little training for phone personnel, is definitely in order. It's like the online and phone business is new to them?

I've had my Simply Fit Board for several months but never used it faithfully until the last three weeks. I weigh 220 pounds and am down 10 pounds. I am using the board for 30 to 45 minutes a day. However, the board is cracking across the middle. If it is rated for 400 lbs and I weigh 220, so why is it cracking?

I bought the Simply Fit Board about a year ago. I love it and use it almost every day. It is cracking, and now I’m afraid to use it because I’m afraid it will break while I am on it. I am a size 12 and don’t think I am too heavy for the board.

I thought they would last longer than this and am disappointed that I am not able to use it anymore. I think there should be a warranty on the board.

My wife loved using her Simply Fit Board. The problem is that it only lasted a year and about a month ago it starting geting stress fractured in the middle on both sides. Now tonight it split halfway through the middle. We bought it from Target, so I do not have an order number. Why is there not a longer warranty for an item that seems at first that it's is made from a qulity material? The crack is the only issue she had, other than that, it did help and motivated her to lose weight. She is more sad than mad about her board.

The Simply Fit Board is great! The Simply Fit mat offered along with the DVDs for an additional $14.99 is horrible!

It is toxic smelling and the shipping plastic around it had yellow residue. It was so bad it made my hall closet and everything in it smell. I had to throw it out. It was not touching anything in the closet. I would order the board again but this additional offer was not worth it.

I was on my board and looked down and noticed it was cracked down the middle. I’m worried it’s going to break in half. Customer service was terrible. Not willing to work with me to guarantee satisfaction.
