I have had this product for over a year and it is definitely keeping me in shape. I work out 30 minutes in the mornings and 30 in the evening EVERY DAY and feel great. Since it has low impact it strengthens my bad knees and low body muscles as well. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in their 60's to purchase this.

I needed a low-impact aerobic-spinning cycle, if you will, a lightweight and non-bulky stationary bike. Slim Cycle fits the bill well. It also has an added feature of armbands with adjustable tension for toning. I'm 5'5" so the pedal length is perfect. Comfortable seat and backrest too. Streamlined and superior design means I don't even hide it when I have guests. But it does indeed fold up quickly and conveniently stows upright in the closet. From a health perspective, it's been a blessing to have in my permanent daily routine.

I purchased the cycle, asked a friend to put it together, and was fully ready to start using the product. However, I’m 5’10 and unfortunately could not pedal the cycle because my legs are too long. I had other friends of similar height try and their experience was the same.

The cycle is a nice stable, sturdy unit. I subsequently gifted it to my son for my grandchildren, ages 13 and 10. My son is 6’2” so he also couldn’t use the cycle.

The timing was good, however, since school and other outside activities were canceled due to COVID. The kids are quite comfortable with using the cycle. The ability to fold up the cycle was also of benefit because my son lives in limited space and he can easily store the unit when it’s not in use. I’ve recommended the product to my shorter-statured friends and those with age-appropriate grandchildren. I only gave the product 4 stars because of its limited use for me, but overall it’s very good. Maybe you can post a recommended heights not to exceed, measurements.

Put together pretty fast. It’s an ok bike, the backrest is not very comfortable and wish the screen and pulse handled bars came up higher because you have to come way forward to get your hands on it.

The ride is comfortable and enjoyable, however, the computer read-out for time, distance, pulse, odometer, etc. stopped working after only 2 months.

I purchased the bike in December 2018. The bike is great and the body toner is good. But the free videos are not free like the ad said.

It is only free for a length of time, after that you must purchase a subscription from the service, which was not mentioned in their ad.

Purchased via the internet at end of April. No confirmation email and no info as to when I would get the bike - so I was a little afraid I got "scammed". My card was charged for the first payment. A week later the bike arrives. Only received a packing slip - to show it was multipay and the balance. Cycle works great - one month later, my card is not charged. No bill in the mail, or email. Another month passes - no bill in the mail, no email.

Today, now three months later, I get a message that I have a balance due? It's after hours so I have to wait to talk to the "billing office". Called the customer service number on my packing slip to hear that because I paid via the "internet" there were some internet process problems. I ask for a mailing address to send the payment - and there is confusion regarding what I mean. "We have no address?" When I read the address on the packing slip I am told that is just a "warehouse" and I have to call the billing office. Not gonna lie, I feel a little skeptical now - wondering what I have gotten myself into.

This company hadn't even started on my purchase, and it was two weeks into my order. So when I went to go check the status, my purchase invoice looked nothing like the one I actually agreed to. Upon checking out, this company had an offer of a 30-day trial of Boost for $1. On the invoice I found on the website when I checked the order they had charged me $330.89 for the "Boost;" this is for 12 months of product and $44 in shipping, all of which I never agreed to. I agreed to $1 (one dollar) for a 30-day trial of the Boost. So instead of a $300ish bill, I was looking at a bill for $704.67! I was like what the heck!

So buyer beware! I canceled my entire order because of this! Would you believe their first reaction was "would you like to cancel the entire order?" What I just wanted the bike but obviously they know what they are doing and that it's wrong so they just immediately go to "canceling" the order entirely. So yes, I did cancel the order entirely, and just a reminder to all get a cancellation confirmation code the name of the person and their ID and make sure you keep it for your records.

I ordered my Slim Cycle on 2/28/2018. I keep checking my order status online. It never had a tracking number. It is now 5/4/2018 and I received a postcard in the mail saying they canceled my order. No reason why other then it has been a little over two months. They sent me an email when I first placed the order. Why didn't they send me an email with a better exclamation why they canceled my order? I tried to call at one point and I never could get a human to answer me. Good luck, maybe you will get your Slim Cycle.

After waiting one month and calling twice, my card was finally charged. I called on the day it was to be delivered and was told there was no shipping information and that I was getting a refund.

When I asked why, they said there was no shipping information and that I could reorder if I wanted to. I don't think so!

The whole idea is to market a product, get paid for the product, and receive the product. Unfortunately, that is not the case with this company. AVOID THIS.

After waiting seven weeks for my Slim Cycle, I called to see why I had not received it. I was told The Trade Commission had canceled my order because the company was taking orders they could not fill. I'm sure others had this happen as well.
