The auto ship is a huge regret. They entice you with a two-for-one deal on "tiny" sample sizes and the makeup for it with a subscription that YOU CANNOT CANCEL. Such a rip off and no, you do not notice your teeth getting "whiter" either.

I was charged but have not received the product. I was issued a refund twice for $47.54 and was then recharged. I filed a complaint with the bank. Then I was charged again. I can't pay rent. I will have to sue. I will be charged extra or kicked out. I can't fight this anymore. I will close down the company

I bought the "buy one/get one" for $26+. Then the next month I was charged for another shipment. When I saw the withdrawal, I called and they said it was too late to cancel this shipment. I canceled the "membership" and they charged me for the next shipment even though I didn't receive it. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I reported to the BBB, and so far it hasn't mattered. The product didn't work for me and made my teeth really sensitive. So, I didn't even use a tube. I ended up paying $116.70, which I didn't authorize in the first place.

Be careful before ordering trial products and read the terms and conditions. The company is actually enrolling the customer in a pricey membership plan that is difficult to cancel. With S&H, plus tax, they charge $72.95 for three months!

This is a subscription service. They insist on sending an initial order even when no processing time has elapsed, charging you regardless of your desire to cancel. Unscrupulous handling of requests to cancel. Will be stopping payment since the company refuses to behave responsibly.

I thought I was the only one this happened to, but I stumbled onto reviews for this product and company while looking for something else, and I just want to say that I agree with most of them.

This company is a scam. They don't let you cancel. Their email links are bogus. You cannot fix any problem online. You will hear from them forever no matter what you do.

I did see one review where the customer thought the products were great (I personally saw no change after an entire year) and just ordered without a subscription plan. I'd like to know how in the world she managed to NOT be on autoship.

Stay away from this company. I feel grateful to have gotten away with as little financial damage as I did.

I bought what I thought was a one-time purchase. Used it for a few weeks and it was great. Little did I know they were going to charge me about $50 three more times before they would let me out of the club.

The product seems to work, mild positive results.

However, placing any order AUTOMATICALLY enrolls you in a subscription, only disclosed in the confirmation email (in very small print), along with a price hike of more than 3 times the initial order, that they AUTOMATICALLY bill monthly.

My initial price (with taxes) was $37.49. Thirty days later, I received a notice from my credit card of another charge of $41.68.

I went to the website to cancel, and with no online cancellation option had to call customer service. It was not an easy call. They tried multiple ways to keep me from canceling (you have to be persistent).

I finally got them to cancel any additional shipments, after the second one. I figured I'd have to eat the $47.00, which was fine because I think the product helps somewhat.

This was when they dropped the other shoe. The $47.00 was really $141.00 billed in $47.00 increments monthly.

BEWARE — while I have had mild positive results after 4 weeks, they AUTOMATICALLY enroll you in a subscription plan where they send you a 3-month supply and charge you $47.00 a month EVERY month.

It's really a shame because I have had positive results from the product.

Two points:

1. Product does seem to brighten teeth after the first month of "Free buy one get one free Trial for 19.99..."

2. Feel scammed that the free trial was not really free - but is going to cost me $74.00 + change; because I was UNKNOWINGLY "auto-enrolled" without my permission at the outset. Used a service to pay the $19.99 + shipping + tax...and cannot easily remove my payment method to TERMINATE THIS SUBSCRIPTION.

DUNNED AGAIN TODAY FOR $49.07 I DO NOT FEEL I OWE.

Keeping product because I will not pay return shipping...

I've been using the gel product for over a year and I get fine results. I use it as instructed and have no issues and see results. Not sure why other reviewers don't see improved whitening...perhaps not using consistently or according to instructions. I plan to continue using the gel. I purchase one at a time and don't do a subscription.
