I did not go through with my aligners because the plan was not realistic for me. However, I did want to write a good review for my Smile Guides, Yaritza and Sami! They did an amazing job taking me through the process!

Hannah was awesome! She was so informative. She took her time to explain everything and answer any and every question we had. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and it was a great experience overall!

They're so kind and they explain everything and they want to know what and if we understand everything and it’s just an amazing environment to be at and to get my Invisalign with. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new smile. They're very gentle when they examine people unlike other dentists.

Was a fantastic experience aside from making me feel like I had to put money down right that moment, as much as I wanted to I couldn’t. And I haven’t gotten my $30 Amazon gift card so I would tell my friends 100% to go here.

The people are very nice. The lady (Taiba) who did the scanning was very nice and the whole experience was wonderful. After the scan, they give you an LED whitening light which I didn’t know about so it was cool that they give that after. Overall it was a good experience and would come back again. 10/10.

I was pretty nervous going into my appointment and we were greeted by Sarai who ended up doing my scans/pictures and she was just the sweetest/friendliest person ever. I felt at ease and comfortable during my entire visit and I am so excited to be getting my aligners soon! It was also such a nice office space! Very clean and tidy and purple! But overall had the best experience thanks to Sarai.

I was greeted by friendly staff members who put me at ease right away. I began the short information review/gathering process then proceeded with a very detailed description of the entire SmileDirect process. Along the way, I was consistently asked if I had questions but found the consultant to be so thorough, no further explanation was necessary. Steve made the process easy and informative, while completing the 3D imaging. I am totally confident in this product and the accompanying service.

When I arrived Yanique welcomed me and was very nice as she prepared for my session. I had arrived early so there was someone in. She helped me understand why my teeth had gotten the way they were, encouraged me to get the 24-hour strips and supported my payment choice with patience. I really enjoyed this and am recommending it to all I see are in need.

I heard about SmileDirectClub on social media and was skeptical at the beginning. Then I decide to take a chance and booked an appointment. I have a space between my teeth because of an extraction of a baby tooth and over time, the space is enlarged and annoys a lot me when I smile. A very big thank you to Charlotte who was my smile guide the day of my consultation. She was very polite and friendly and made me comfortable the whole time of the consultation. She was very clear and precise in her explanations.
