I began the short information review/gathering process then proceeded with a very detailed description of the entire SmileDirect process. Along the way, I was consistently asked if I had questions but found the consultant to be so thorough, no further explanation was necessary. Steve made the process easy and informative, while completing the 3D imaging. I am totally confident in this product and the accompanying service.
