Excellent decision

I have been happy with my decision to go with SmileDirectClub thus far. I opted to have a scan done at a Smile Shop - this was a no-brainer for me. There was a location nearby, why wouldn’t I leave it to the pros? I had braces in middle school, so my needs are on the minor end - fix shifting caused by not wearing my retainer.

The scan went well; there was no wait, I was in and out in 20 minutes. My scan was completed on 6/13, the 3D smile model was delivered, as promised, two days later, and I received my aligners on 6/30. I am halfway through my first set. The aligners fit well and are not too painful yet.

As luck would have it, a molar that I had a large filling in about a year ago abscessed the day my aligners arrived.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

My daughter and I had an awesome experience, there was lots of information that was given about the pros and cons with using Invisalign. It’s affordable and convenient to use and buy. There was a nice and friendly consultant named Ladiya - she was so helpful in giving us all the information required to use it.

Great progress

I worked with the team in Lincoln, Nebraska. They were great. The liners are working amazingly for my 13-year-old daughter. The dentist has been amazed. SmileDirect has saved us thousands of dollars since our dental insurance only covers a max of $1,200 per person. I would recommend these to anyone.

Fast and easy

My visit to SmileDirectClub was fast and easy. I was greeted by friendly office staff which put me at ease. I was immediately taken into an exam room where my 3D impressions were visibly scanned for me to see. Staff demonstrated a sample box and what would be inside. My questions got answered, and I was out in 30 minutes just like I was told I would be. Thank you Miranda and Sam.

Wonderful, warm experience!

Beyond happy

I don't know why only a 2-star rating, the process has been fast easy and affordable. I have four months left of treatment, but my teeth already look amazing way straighter and way whiter. I came up with a hack to clean my aligners too, so it meshes with my lifestyle, sooo glad I did this!

Great day in SmileDirect

Going on to SmileDirect I was kinda nervous as to what they would say about my teeth, but the reality of that was pleasant and I loved every minute. And with help of a beautiful staff member named Brooke everything came to my liking and very easy and painless. I'm going to love my new smile!

Happy consultation

I just got my free scan appointment today, the team is happy friendly, very comfortable environment and meet my/customers' needs. The ad can be a bit confusing but they aren't pushing you into anything, you make your own decisions, everything comes with it except invisible aligners which are expensive. I didn't get the treatment plan right away because of my other dentist but enjoy their service overall. Would love to consider and refer them near future depends on my financial situation, not going anywhere.

Initial visit

I had my initial visit with Erika at the King of Prussia Location about a little under 3 weeks ago. She was very sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I admired most that she was honest with me. I also learned that these women are dental professionals, ie dental assistants, etc. I was very skeptical for some time. With my dentist hounding me to get Invisalign through her dental practice; I wanted to weigh my options to see what’s out there because financially if I did not have to spend I did not want to. I came across Smile Direct Club through an Instagram ad. I wasn’t sold after my first attempt at scheduling a consult. I was not solid on my decision so I canceled it and decided to read the millions of reviews and watch the personal stories and that’s what sold me, it was more positive comments than negative. I decided to step out on faith and went with my gut. Y'all, they had top of the line radiology equipment so I was already ready to begin the process when I was able to see the before and after of my new Smile journey. I just received my box today and I am getting started on my first set of aligners. Wish me luck and stay tuned!

I would give zero stars if I could

If I could give zero stars or negative stars, I would. I’ve been a member since August of 2018. First set went great. They didn’t straighten my teeth. I’m okay with that. They do a re-evaluation and I get them and they are about 2 months and they fit good, feel good, and after the beginning of Month 2nd, I notice there is no way they could be straight by then so I put in early for my re-evaluation on April 6th. And the last week of my Month 2, cracked. So I put in for a bottom replacement while I wait for the re-evaluation to be done. April 11th I got an email saying they will do my re-evaluation based on my previous scan. Awesome! Three weeks go by and nothing. I call and they said they "don’t have a re-evaluation." I’m stunned. I have the email they sent saying "wait for shipping etc. etc." I go "what do you mean, I have an email from April 11th saying they’re have to be shipped." They actually deny it! Even with PROOF they deny it. Say I need another scan. I argue and get hostile. The customer service is HOOOORRRIBLE. They take no responsibility, they have NO escalation points. Just an "F U" and that’s it.

So I get another scan because I have no slingers. My teeth are moving. So I go on May 5th for the scan. They send an email that they’re being shipped and they actually arrive. Holy crap a miracle. But WAIT. They only sent MONTH 2! They forgot the entire 1st month. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I call and they have to put in an ORDER, which is another three weeks. It gets better. It’s now June 9th. 17 days after the order and they are NOT EVEN SHIPPED. This company is actual garbage. If anyone is interested, email me. I have all the evidence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m being dead serious.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
