Sono Bello Reviews - Is It Really Effective?

First off, the price they quoted me was $1,000 off. Paul Ziewbal is not a professional doctor. The treatment hurt more than childbirth. Finally, the results is horrible. I would do anything to have my old body back. My legs look so abnormal.

During my "free" consultation I was giving a visual of what I could expect after my healing process was complete. It was exactly what I was looking for. So I moved forward trusting Sono Bello to produce those results. However, they did not! Yes, I saw some change but NOWHERE near $7,000 worth. During my last appt my sergeant wasn’t available so I had a fill-in doctor. I addressed my concerns with him and he proceeded to tell me in so many words that I came to the wrong place to get what I was expecting and everyone's body won’t produce the same results. And so much more that’s too much to type. By this point, I just wanted my money back. I disputed the charge, they declined. I called in to address the issue. And I’ve been waiting on a call back every since. I’m so not pleased with this place. They were very nice and respectful. I enjoyed coming to this place, I also felt comfortable and trusted them. Now I’m not sure what to think due to the way they are handling me with my $7,000 concern. It’s a tax write off for them per what I heard one of the employees say with my own ears.

I had my first procedure today of my upper and lower abdomen. I was told right from the beginning after I saw the doctor from my re-app that of course after the label, there was going to be a considerable swelling period and there would be a considerable mount of drainage. This is true. I have the first stage of the garment around my abdomen, however, I feel great and confident that this procedure has worked. Swelling and drainage are expected, but I feel like 1 million bucks and would suggest this to anyone that could. My doctor was amazing, he took his time, and I currently have a second set up for two weeks from now. This is not a permanent fix unless you change your lifestyle, but it certainly gives you a job or kickstart to get the battery you’re looking for!

Disappointed with Brookfield, WI Sono Bello location experience and management. The day before my procedure at my pre-op visit, another doctor walked into the room saying that corporate told him that he was doing my procedure the next day. When I told him I had specifically requested a female doctor, Dr. Muecke, he said to go talk to the manager, Kevin. I had contracted with Dr. Muecke who had great reviews. Kevin the manager then came into the room and stated that Jessica the Sono Bello consultant overbooked the Saturday procedures with Dr. Muecke. Then he tried to pressure me into using another doctor. I asked to reschedule the procedure with Dr. Muecke. Then the bombshell. Kevin said that the next day was Dr. Muecke's last day at Sono Bello. Kevin also said that Dr. Mueche's schedule the next day was already booked and I was not one of her patients. My only option was to use another doctor since the next day September 21, 2019, Dr. Muecke was leaving the practice permanently. I could not reschedule with her. Nurse Patricia standing there was stunned to hear it. Even she was unaware. I asked Kevin when he planned to tell me about the doctor switch. I did not feel comfortable with the male doctor who had walked in the room unannounced.

I asked Kevin for a refund and instead of talking with me, Kevin escorted me out the front door saying no one could talk to me. I never did meet Dr. Muecke. The whole Sono Bello experience was unprofessional, morally wrong, and disappointing. I left in tears. I then emailed Jessica at Sono Bello right away from my car since Kevin said that she was unavailable, and told her that I was disappointed in her overscheduling and that I wanted a refund. She has not responded. I called my credit card company to dispute the $995 down payment and the care credit company to notate my file that the procedure will not happen. If over-scheduling is a deliberate practice, then this outfit is all about the volume of people they can push through the process. They don't care about you as a person.

Soooo, I was tired of not seeing results on my own, so I looked into weight loss solutions. I wanted to do something more natural and safer than surgery, and the ThinAir Balloon program seemed perfect. I’m 5'11", about 195 lbs. I work out 3-4 times a week, weight lifting and cardio, and while my eating habits aren’t perfect, they certainly aren’t the worse. I had some extra weight, I was thinking 30lbs, that I needed to get rid of.

I looked into the ThinAir program but didn’t qualify by myself. So I begged my sister to co-sign and in September 2018 got my first balloon placed. So I changed my eating habits for healthier options and continued to work out as usual. After the third and final balloon was placed and I hadn’t seen any results, I started to get worried. I asked Sono Bello what I’m doing wrong - what should I be doing differently? They said, "it’s calories out verses calories in." So I started a food log and have been since eating about 1300 calories a day. I have a very physical job, 12 hours a day and with all the working out - there’s no reason I shouldn’t be losing weight.

So the balloons come out in February (two months), and I still haven’t seen any results, despite my best efforts. Sono Bello said they have never seen anyone not lose weight on this program. I even went and had my thyroid and cortisol levels checked - both came back normal. I spent $7500 on a program that has had zero results and I’m devastated. I still owe all this money for nothing, and I’m still fat. If I had known this would happen, I would have just had liposuction for much cheaper. I was approved for this program and told I’d be an excellent candidate, and now here I am.

I asked Sono Bello if there was anything they could do for me, if there was any way they could help me, and they said after the balloons are removed they would discuss "other options" with me. Which tells me they’re just going to try and sell me something else. They make millions of dollars on people’s insecurities and they probably will just throw me away after the balloons are removed. I was told this would be perfect for me and I would probably lose 20 lbs or more. And nothing. I’m seriously so devastated I just want to give up. So here I am - broke and still fat. I can barely even pay my rent.

My advice is unless you’re obese, this program probably won’t work for you. Do your research! Don’t let Sono Bello hype things up like they did for me.

It is very expensive and they lie and will leave you alone in the room while you are naked on the bed, and they will do the procedure knowing you feel everything. And when it doesn't work, it's your fault, like how many kids you have and age, etc. And they also don't tell you that the real people already had other surgeries. So, don't do it, they are not going to fix what happened to my body, they said I will have to pay more to get it fixed.

When I came to Sono Bello, my body was in bad shape and so was my self-esteem. I had my upper abs and lower abs done Their is a downfall with the surgical procedure, and that is that it is very painful. But to me, the pain and the money were worth it, because I got the body I wanted and now I can wear my clothes with no shame.

I love the whole staff; they were very helpful, and they did pay attention to my needs. I am sorry to hear that some people had bad experiences and wish you well. I love my Sono Bello body!

I am 68 years old and have had some work done over the years. I feel I can give an honest review. This was my first experience with corporate medicine.

I knew exactly what I wanted done. I felt Jennifer, the sales woman, understood me.

I met the Doctor the day of the procedure. I had a mini lift. Dr. Strand and his nurses were wonderful! I was very comfortable during the entire procedure. I left with a tight garment over my head that I had to wear for 24 hours. That was awful. The next day Dr. Strand gave me a different garment that worked just fine. I was given pain pills but, I didn't need to take many.

It has now been a month and I am very happy. I look at least 10 years younger. The bruising disappeared within a week. I have very little swelling left. Tomorrow is my one month appointment. I expect Dr. Strand to give me the okay to get back to golf and exercise.

I think they can charge less because they have smaller overhead than single practice doctors. Don't be afraid to have the surgery under local anesthetic. I was comfortable the entire time.

The women who expected to lose weight with lipo suction (in my opinion) should not have been told they would lose weight. Eat less and exercise more and when you lose weight, then have your skin tightened.

I went in for a free consultation on a Tuesday morning. Sat down with Christina. She went over the procedure, never offered any pictures of results until I asked. She started asking about payment and financing before telling me how much my procedure would be. The price she initially gave was $15,000.00. I told her that I wasn’t willing to pay that amount. All of a sudden she said they would do it for $8000 but if I scheduled for the following Saturday then they could do it for $7,500.00. I didn’t like her sales tactics, so I told her that I was going to get a few other quotes and her friendly attitude quickly changed. The following week, I received a credit card in the mail that I never signed for or authorized. My attorney is looking into this.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this time it's merited. I had my procedure for stubborn fat areas that I tried to get rid of my whole life. Every time I tried to diet and exercise them off, they just wouldn't go!

But now they are gone! Not only am I happier in my clothes and out, I have been able to stick to my wellness program because I don't have my fat areas screaming "this isn't working." I see results of my efforts now that my fat pockets are gone.

The staff was great! I would do this again, and I would highly recommend Sono Bello.
