I have been taking Synbiotic 365 almost a year now. My weight has remained exactly the same as I wanted. My appetite is much less than before I began using Synbiotic 365. I have been faithful to daily usage for almost two months now. I will be honest, at first, I didn’t feel any immediate changes, the days slowly turned to weeks, my stomach was regularly queasy and nauseated.
