My results with Synbiotic 365 are multi-faceted. My "elimination" is not only daily (sometimes twice), but full and complete, relatively fast and with minimal exertion (all-new for me).
I never have belly bloat anymore, not even short term (immediately following a meal), let alone by the end of the day.
I don’t know if it’s the B vitamins, but my desire for alcohol consumption (I love wine while I cook nightly) has diminished somewhat (I stop sooner than later).
Synbiotic is the only change I’ve made recently, so I know these results are because of it. I am hooked.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
