I struggle with a lot of digestive health problems in general and this has literally helped me so much. My bloating goes way down and I feel so full. I take in the morning with 2 glasses of water to kickstart my day. I always feel very full after breakfast and throughout my whole day. I am naturally a grazer, where all I want to do is eat all day but after I started taking this I’m so full and have little to no cravings. Sometimes I won’t eat for hours and still feel so full! It's hard to type passion and emotion but I will try my best. I read all the reviews prior to trying Synbiotic 365 and like others, was skeptical because I have tried other supplements to no avail. The sole reason I tried this magic pill was because my bowels stopped moving on their own (without stimulants). I am a 51-year-old female who is perimenopausal. I have been in this stage for a couple of years and during this time, my bowels changed from once a day healthy/normal to marbles at best to days of nothing. I had a constant feeling of bloatedness/fullness and stopped enjoying food. It was like my insides just stopped working. This led me to have to take laxatives and stool softeners. After taking my first pill, I felt a change. I said to myself, "there is no way one pill is making my insides move." Not long ago I had to be on a short round of antibiotic, the doc gave me a coupon for a big box store cheap probiotic. I knew better, but something was better than nothing, and it was easy at the time. I got soooo sick. I was in debilitating physical pain. As soon as I stopped with the dead bugs in my stomach (I'm sure they were probably dead), I immediately felt better. I say this to really hit home for folks that not all probiotics are created equal, and some are probably downright dangerous, I would think.

I have tried several probiotic formulas and this is the one that I like the best. I like that it can be stored on the shelf with no refrigeration and it really seems to help me with my digestive issues. It also is a reasonable price compared to many of the others and it does not cause the flatulence that I experience with some of the others. This works great for me, I actually ate less and it helped with weight loss. I liked it so much that I ordered another box. I know that everyone has a different body function but you won't know whether this will work out for you until you try it and they are reasonable. I have just reordered another 3-month supply of Synbiotic after nearly finishing my first order. I am very pleased with this product, and am surprised that I do notice a change in my stomach health in a positive way. I have lived with IBS my entire life and am now in late middle age; I have taken probiotics for quite some time, but this is the first product that actually seems to keep my GI symptoms at bay. I do notice a bit more energy as well, but primarily I am quite happy to feel so much better and have control of my IBS for the first time ever.

Before taking Synbiotic 365 I would experience bloating and constipation on and off. After the first week of taking it, that problem has pretty much disappeared. My mental clarity and energy have also improved which is a huge plus for me. I never knew the importance of B vitamins until I researched them. I like that they are high-quality and included with the probiotics to make both more effective synergistically. Also, one less supplement to purchase which makes Synbiotic 365 an even better value. What a great product!
