Synbiotic 365

Due to some of my medical issues it seems to be taking a little more time. But I have only taken 365 for four weeks. But have noticed some changes. My heartburn has almost stopped and my IBS has started to get much better. So I ordered 365 again. I am feeling better. And want to give 365 a fair chance.

I've had problems with digestion for years. Many foods caused me pain, bloating, gas and diarrhea. I got bad food poisoning about 15 years ago and almost every ingredient in that dish started causing me to experience the above symptoms.

Recently it had gotten much worse. Almost everything I ate had started causing the pain, bloating gas and diarrhea. Please forgive the following details. It had gotten bad enough that I would eat something at a restaurant 9 or 10 minutes from my house, and I would barely make it to the bathroom when I got home and what I had at the restaurant would be in the toilet.

I had started losing weight, 23 pounds, before I decided to try this supplement. I've actually gained back 3 pounds. I guess partly because I am not avoiding food like I was, and partly because the food is not leaving my body so fast I don't have time to absorb the nutritional value from it.

Anyway, since I started taking Synbiotic 365, my digestive tract doesn't get as upset as it did. I'm still sensitive to garlic, onions, and mushrooms. Those were three of the main ingredients in the food I got food poisoning from.

Overall, I have seen a decent improvement. I haven't seen the weight loss the advertising materials spoke about. But, that wasn't the reason I tried the product in the first place.

The only negative thing may or may not be Synbiotic 365's fault. I don't know if my digestive tract has just had diarrhea as the norm for so long that it doesn't know what to do with a normal bowel movement or if it's the fault of the supplement, but since I've been using it I've experienced constipation for the first time in my life.

I was excited to try Synbiotic 365. It took almost the whole 30 days to see a difference and then I ran out (just bought some more though)! I noticed the fiber finally did "its thing" and my belly bloat went down considerably! I can't say if I lost any weight, but a smaller belly is okay too! I look forward to the next round. Thank you!

It has been my experience that most retailers will say anything to sell their products, which is more often than not a disappointing misrepresentation or lie. I'm happy to say Synbiotic 365 delivers as guaranteed. I have tried several probiotic supplements that were less than average. I can feel the difference when using a quality product and I am glad to say that my gut is happy in part to Synbiotic 365.

I have been using the product for two months and I noticed that I have more energy in the mornings when I do take it. My metabolism has been good as well. However, I have not noticed any significant weight loss due to the product. I want to continue using it to see if I will see more results. Overall, I like this product!

Having been prescribed Dexilant (PPI) for 10 years, I struggled through the weaning process and am now medication free. Only lost a couple of pounds in the first month but notice inches, so going to give it another month. Did exercise daily to help. I'm hoping the product works like it said it would.
