Having been prescribed Dexilant (PPI) for 10 years, I struggled through the weaning process and am now medication free. That process took almost a year and has left me with frequent heartburn (several X's a day). After reading about Synbiotic 365, I decided to try it for 3 months. I feel my gut is slowly improving (hopefully healing), so I ordered another 3 months. It is not a quick fix, Synbiotic 365 sneaks up on you...one day you realize, "my heartburn has really not been that bad lately."
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
