I have been searching for a good probiotic for years. Many I found I couldn't tolerate at all and felt unwell on, which ultimately led me to stop taking them. I have been using the Synbiotic 365 for about 2 months now. I am 65 years old and have noticed an increase in my energy levels. I have learned that you need to take it before you eat your breakfast. If you take it after eating, I find that creates gas. This is not an issue if you eat immediately after taking the pill. I saw the article on Synbiotic 365 while on the net. At first I was hesitant due to all the junk that's out there, so I kept reading. My results with Synbiotic 365 are multi-faceted. My "elimination" is not only daily (sometimes twice), but full and complete, relatively fast and with minimal exertion (all-new for me).
