I'm trying this product to see if it helps with gut cramps and embarrassing gas. I've been on it for almost two months and I do have less gas and discomfort, I seem to be sleeping better, and I've dropped a couple of pounds, as well. I'm ordering more so I can give it a much longer trial period.

I appreciate that I don't get wildly dramatic emails from United Naturals making ridiculous claims about its product every other day. I get an informative email every other week or so, reminding me of United Naturals' help along with nutritional tips.

However, at the time I started taking a strong anti-inflammatory for an injured shoulder and I have just read that a side effect could be intestinal problems.
