I have been taking Synbiotic 365 for three months now and I can honestly say that my digestive system has been feeling much better. I have been taking Synbiotic 365 for the last 26 days and just renewed my subscription. I definitely am feeling better than when I started but not completely 100 percent. I am hopeful that by incorporating this supplement into my daily regime I will over time heal my gut. This product is so easy to use. It doesn't have to be refrigerated. It's so convenient - just take 1 pill with a glass of water when you get up. I was afraid it would make me nauseous, but it did not! My digestion was so messed up, I hardly ate at all. I wasn't able to sleep without sitting up and was restless all night.

I have taken probiotics from other sources for almost 10 years. In that time I have had times of feeling depressed, and I even took anti-anxiety meds for about three years. For over a year, I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea every morning after breakfast.
