I’ve never been able to take probiotics without terrible stomach cramps, and die off symptoms.

So far, these are good. I’m comfortable after taking them, feel like I’m doing something good for myself, and waiting to see what comes next.

I love reading reviews and appreciate people’s honesty, it’s cool to help each other out. I’ve tried things and when I’ve found the product true to its description, I’m loyal! My hope was that this product continues with its honest non-GMO ingredients. I’ve just ordered my next three months of Vitamins and I have to say I think they are good! I do keep them in the fridge just because days here get pretty warm and salty! I appreciate how quickly vitamins arrived and how they are packaged...love that I received an email with a delicious recipe to try. Please keep up the great work. Energy was my first noticeable benefit from taking Synbiotic 365. It was nothing mind-blowing. Even better, it was this easy shift to a more motivated me.

I've struggled for a few years with digestive issues too. I've tried many different products over these years. Synbiotic 365 is the first that makes me feel like I found just what my body needed.

I eat a Mediterranean style diet, so do not have problems with inflammatory type illnesses. I also have eliminated processed sugars from my diet (90%). Still, I was intrigued when I looked into Synbiotic 365 and decided to give it a six-month shot. Four months in, I have not noticed major changes or improvements in my health. However, my bowels have worked perfectly every day (not before) and my hemorrhoids have all but disappeared. This will be part of my daily routine from now on.

I have tried other probiotics in the past but have never seen the results I have seen with Synbiotic 365. I noticed an increase in energy and brain clarity within the first 3 days. My constant stomach issues are greatly improved which took a couple of weeks and I have not had a flare up of diverticulitis since I started taking the probiotic. It has only been 3 weeks. One terrific side effect has been that I no longer crave the food that is not good for me, sugar and wheat especially. For me, this happened within the first few days.

I have my husband taking them for heartburn and am anxious to see if he can get off the Prilosec.

I came down with an unusual form of colitis, "microscopic collagenous", most likely an outcome from prostate ca therapy. A probiotic was recommended. I came across Synbiotic 356 in my search. It had everything I needed: vitamins and the recommended strains of bacilli and the recommended over a billion bacilli!

My gut needed this after the diarrhea and 15 lbs weight loss. I feel back to normal in every way, thanks to the right probiotic!
