Synbiotic 365 daily has helped me control naturally my reaction to certain allergens. My seasonal allergies responses are rare. Plus, I rarely if ever experience digestive issues. I do recommend this probiotic complex.

I had tried other probiotics due to some digestive issues and gas. I realize the importance of good gut health. Even though I have researched probiotics, I found it difficult to even experience consistent results from the same formula from prior over the counter purchases. I have found significant relief of my digestive/gas issues with Synbiotic 365 after about a month or more of taking it. I appreciate the packaging in keeping each pill fresh. I particularly also appreciate that Synbiotic 365 includes folic acid and B vitamins (which my doctor advises me to take) as now I no longer have to take these vitamins separately. I feel more energized. I highly recommend this product - it really performs well!

Although it did take my body and GI system about three weeks to adjust to the Synbiotic 365, once it did...it is amazing how much more energy I have without any fatigue in the late afternoon

Also, my GI system is working much more effectively now than previously without the probiotic.

I have to tell you that I am very impressed with your Synbiotic 365. I have taken 5 pills as of this morning, and my gut is getting happy!

If I am totally honest with you, I felt some rumbling and gurgling in my belly after the first capsule. I thought it was just my imagination, but it continued and without any stimulation from fiber or laxatives, I had elimination success! This is a huge deal for me. Historically and genetically I am constipated. Hallelujah!

Another thing your Synbiotic 365 has helped me with is my insomnia. For the last 15 years, I have been battling insomnia. Well, I have to tell you, every night it gets earlier and earlier that I get sleepy and fall asleep. A typical night, before Synbiotic 365, would put me sitting up, waiting for a sign to go to bed. It typically would be anywhere from 1:00 to 4:00 and during the month of March 2019 I had 3 nights I didn’t go to sleep at all. This has never happened before, unless I intended to stay up all night. This was not the case in March.

I have been experiencing what I attributed to food allergies or sensitivities. My belly would bloat, I would have extreme pain in my lower abdomen (some days it was so bad I couldn’t move, I would have to lay very still with a heating pad on my stomach). The only thing I could eat that wouldn’t cause the bloating and pain was potato chips and Skittles. Not very nourishing, but didn’t cause discomfort. Since purchasing your Synbiotic 365, I don’t crave potato chips or Skittles! Actually, I haven't been craving anything. It’s a miracle!

I haven’t experienced any increase in energy or weight loss yet, but I’m sure I will very soon.

I haven't noticed a difference in weight but I do take a medication in the morning. I'm going to switch it up and try taking the probiotic an hour and 1/2 after meds. I do like the concept of the probiotic with chickory and hope in the next 3 months I can lose some weight.

I am less stressed about worrying about my gut flora. Hopefully, it has improved. I haven't lost any additional weight but just maintaining. However, I haven't tried my best to lose any weight. I do believe I sleep better at night and most of the time straight through the night which I did not before taking this supplement. I am more regular, which is a plus.

The product is helping me and my husband to feel better more relieved of toxins. This is a good product. We have taken probiotics before they were not individually packaged; thereby probably losing their strength of purpose, plus the ingredients were not as good for us as Synbiotic 365. We reordered today and plan to continue with this product.
