I have to tell you that I am very impressed with your Synbiotic 365. I have taken 5 pills as of this morning, and my gut is getting happy!

If I am totally honest with you, I felt some rumbling and gurgling in my belly after the first capsule. I thought it was just my imagination, but it continued and without any stimulation from fiber or laxatives, I had elimination success! This is a huge deal for me. Historically and genetically I am constipated. Hallelujah!

Another thing your Synbiotic 365 has helped me with is my insomnia. For the last 15 years, I have been battling insomnia. Well, I have to tell you, every night it gets earlier and earlier that I get sleepy and fall asleep. A typical night, before Synbiotic 365, would put me sitting up, waiting for a sign to go to bed. It typically would be anywhere from 1:00 to 4:00 and during the month of March 2019 I had 3 nights I didn’t go to sleep at all. This has never happened before, unless I intended to stay up all night. This was not the case in March.

I have been experiencing what I attributed to food allergies or sensitivities. My belly would bloat, I would have extreme pain in my lower abdomen (some days it was so bad I couldn’t move, I would have to lay very still with a heating pad on my stomach). The only thing I could eat that wouldn’t cause the bloating and pain was potato chips and Skittles. Not very nourishing, but didn’t cause discomfort. Since purchasing your Synbiotic 365, I don’t crave potato chips or Skittles! Actually, I haven't been craving anything. It’s a miracle!

I haven’t experienced any increase in energy or weight loss yet, but I’m sure I will very soon.
