So, I was really nervous after reading the bad reviews on this site and similar ones. My dress came today 10/12 and I had ordered the dress 09/27. I am overall satisfied with it, a few minor fixes need to be done, one being the length. But I can deal with that. My dress was a little wrinkled but I'll have it dry cleaned. I would order from them again, I only paid $160 for my dress and that included shipping. The instructions and details of how and when I'd get my dress were clear and gave me the expectations I needed. I hope my sister's dress (bridesmaid) will be here soon and I'll have her rate as well. Till then, this was a wonderful experience for me.

About a month ago I ordered my wedding dress from TBdress. It wasn't until after I made my purchase that I saw all the terrible reviews. I'm not going to lie; I was extremely nervous. I was certain that I was going to get the complete opposite of what I ordered, or that I wouldn't get it at all. After finding the bad reviews, I felt that every good review must be fake.

I would like to make it known that I am a real person and this is my real experience. I had not heard anything in about two weeks about the progress of my dress, so I emailed them to make sure everything was still on schedule. They replied stating that it would be sent at the end of February, which it was.

Every part of my transaction with this company was nothing like how the reviews made me feel. I had a great experience and would recommend this company to others. Good luck to you all. I hope you all have an experience as pleasant as I did.

Arrived one day earlier than described. The size might be slightly smaller than usual fittings. Everything was fine with this first order that I made. Overall, it took about two weeks to get here (it was shipped from China), but like I said it arrived in the time frame that they said it would. May just have to be a little more patient than when receiving products from the homeland.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience with tbdress.com. The items were well packed and were exactly as the pictures on the website. I especially love the veil I got. I have ordered several dresses through TBdress. The first time ordering, it was my fault that I didn't understand their sizes. I ordered the first dress in medium (I am thin), but it didn't fit, so I emailed them, and because it didn't cost that much for the dress, I ordered another one in a Large size, and gave the other to my granddaughter. From then on, every dress I've ordered looks like the picture, and I am very please with them. Yes, don't get in a hurry to get them, it takes a long time. One dress said it had been delivered, but again I emailed them to say it had not, and a week later it was delivered. I love the low prices. Thank you.
