I have since been contacted by Summer in customer service, and she has offered a full refund. She has been great to work with, much better than Hugh. I increased my overall rating of the company based on my issue being resolved.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After further discussions with Hugh, he offered 50%. The company's return policy states that they will refund the full amount as long as the dress is in new condition with original tags and packaging. We have all of that.
They are a dishonest company with no ethics whatsoever! Stay away from this company at all costs. They do not care about the customer at all! Just a warning of what you will experience.
