TERRIBLE, lying, illegal scam company

If you expect any sort of customer service, or expect a company to uphold their policies clearly posted in their terms, DO NOT buy anything from this site. It's "cheap" because you get what you pay for, which is cheap material and CHEAP PEOPLE.

Details? Certainly.

I reviewed the return policy very carefully before purchasing anything, because I'm wary about online shopping for clothes since I can't try things on first. The return policy CLEARLY states:

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and up-most concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure the items that we made meets your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on tbdress.com, please email service-tbdress.com, we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped... Return or exchange within 15 days from the delivered date.

1. You have 15 days to decide if the items are right for you after you received them.

2. You can return or exchange ANY unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items in original package including your order No."

I opened the package, tried on the dress, decided it wasn't right for me, placed it carefully back in the package, and emailed the service team all within the same day (WELL within 15 days). I did not damage, alter, wear, or wash it. I was well prepared to pay the return shipping.

BUT NO. First they wanted me to send them "convincing" pictures with proof that there's something wrong with the dress because apparently if they "made the dress right" it doesn't matter if you're satisfied with it! And if you "insist to return it to us" you get a 40% refund. Are you kidding me?

Because according to them, they make the dress per order even if it's not custom sizing, even though I was told custom sizing was extra. Why would custom sizing need to cost extra if they specifically make each dress per order? Therefore they'll never resell it. Okay, so if they're never going to resell it, why does it matter if the dress is "unworn, unwashed, and unaltered? For real. It's such a bunch of lies and BS!

So basically they want me to pay to ship it back to China, and then only give me a 40% refund. What am I going to do with that refund? I might as well keep it at that point. Their customer service team (mostly "Jackie" who I spoke to) is condescending and snotty. And they still are refusing to give me a freaking refund, for freaking $70. That is just absolutely unacceptable.

So I'm sharing this with everyone so everyone knows Not to buy anything from this lying website that does not uphold their own promises and policies.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Never delivered order

I made a small purchase of testing because of the clothes proposed there were attractive and sold at an affordable price (although not overly convenient).

The order was made ​​by me in July 2015 to April 2016, and nothing has arrived.

After much insistence and email, they have decided to reimburse a small part of the amount, saying that they “still had to wait for the package would come back”.

After all these months now, I did receive any money, although I returned everything.

The site, in my experience, is a total scam and totally lacking of reliability and seriousness.

Absolute con

my wife and I were excited to place an order on TBdress website. First of all, the promotion said free shipping for orders more than $70 but we spent nearly $200 but were still charged shipping. Secondly, nearly two months later, we still haven't received our purchases. On their website it did say that our order was dispatched and awaiting receipt but when I finally called and spoke to someone after many attempts and unanswered emails, someone apologized saying my order had not been shipped and would be shipped that day. I asked for a refund and the phone mysteriously went silent. It's been a horrible experience.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beware, don't shop here.

TBDress emailed me again this morning asking for more photos, this has been going on for the past week. I have sent 9 photos; sent and resent. There is no dubiety that they sent a grey duffle coat, not a yellow dress as I ordered, however they are refusing to honor anything relating to trading standards. I urge you not to shop here. Check the internet before you do, I'm not the only person who has suffered this.

Look at how a high risk of scamming you they are on the internet, search this. They are apparently very high.

I have found other means of having my money refunded and having this investigated. Don't forget section 75 protection.

Section 75 is fantastic protection. It means if you order something and if the retailer goes kaput, you can still claim your money back from the credit card provider (even if you've since closed your credit card account).

Section 75 applies to most, but not all, credit card agreements. Credit cards are the main area covered, but the law also applies to store cards, store installment credit and some car finance agreements (though not hire purchase).

Plus, even if the problem is just non-delivery or faulty goods, you have exactly the same rights from the credit provider as from the retailer, flight company or supplier.

So if you're buying something or ordering tickets or flights worth more than £100, pay for some or all of it on a credit card to ensure you're protected. Though keep your receipts as well as your card statement to make it easier.

It's worth remembering that sometimes you might not be able to protect yourself, for example if you pay a monthly fee of less than £100 to a company that goes into administration.

Anyway, I've been blocked from their FB page for posting my views, so happy shopping elsewhere everyone.

Terrible experience

I ordered five dresses for my daughter's wedding. I did not understand the return policy at the time and that is my fault.

The first dress arrived quickly and was 3 inches too small and not made according to their sizing guide. I sent an email immediately and asked for the other dresses which were still in production to be made larger. I also sent an email showing all the sizing mistakes. They agreed to a refund and the dress was returned.

At that time I was assured the rest of the dresses would be made according to their sizing guide. Three more dresses arrived; two of them too small just like the first dress, and the third dress 5 inches longer than the advertised size. The problem with the dress that is too long is that it has appliqué on the bottom that will be ruined if hemmed. The final dress is six weeks overdue and still has not arrived.

I sent pictures of the incorrect sizing and pictures of myself to prove it was their mistake. They will not acknowledge my emails and send identical emails each time I try to deal with this. They state they will send me a 60% refund because they worked hard on these dresses. So I get to pay 40% for the wrong size and unusable dresses?

I made my purchase through PayPal and opened a dispute yesterday. I feel like such a fool. I have never been so scammed. I do feel angry that PayPal and Google support and advertise for this company. I am mostly angry with myself and have learned a hard lesson. NEVER, never order from TBdress; they are the worst.

Bad customer service

Buyer beware. I ordered a dress three weeks ago. I never received a confirmation from them, and when I called to inquire about it, I was informed that it doesn't take 5-9 days for me to receive the dress, but it takes that long before they even ship it. I did not receive my dress in time for the wedding, and I still don't have it. I will NEVER order from them again.

Can't get an address to return dress

I've tried several times to get an address to return a dress that does not fit and receive a refund, but have not been successful. The packaging did not include info that you could return the item if you had to. It seems that I'm stuck with a dress that is useless.

I'm not able to fully judge the quality of the item I ordered because I never received it. I placed an order on April 8, 2017. As of May 13, 2017, I have still never received my package.

I tried contacting customer service near the end of April to check the status, and I was told to "just wait." Since April 12, 2017, my package was at the pre-shipment stage on USPS tracking (it still is, by the way). It was hard trying to get an estimated delivery date out of these people. I was told everything from April 20 to April 28, to April 30. Eventually, I got sick of the runaround and asked if my order was not received by April 30, would I be able to receive a refund? I was explicitly told by their customer service team that this would be acceptable.

Come May 1, 2017 (yes, I stupidly gave them an additional day), my order was still in pre-shipment. I requested a refund. Again, I was told to "just wait." They were completely unwilling to issue a refund for this package that was so obviously lost in shipment. They said that it would "eventually be delivered by the post office." I linked the USPS tracking page, to which they responded: "deliver by POST OFFICE." And that is when I knew what kind of people I was dealing with because any person with common sense knows that post office = USPS (United States Postal Service). Customer service is rude, disrespectful (I told them I'd be filing a dispute with PayPal, and they responded "ok, go ahead"), and 100% unhelpful.

So yeah, trying to get a refund out of this company is next to impossible without outside help. Thank goodness for PayPal Buyer Protection. Without it, I suspect I'd never receive a credit for the item I did not receive. A shame too. I read the reviews for the product, and I really wanted to wear it. I will never order from TBdress again.

Blue lapel jumpsuit

I ordered a jumpsuit about three weeks ago and never received it. They even took my money but never posted it back to my card. The first two times they sent my things, and it was quick. This time they took my money. Scam artists. Never again.

Worst experience I have ever had!

I ordered a bridal dress from this site and also another one for my sister.

The wedding dress came with a huge black stain on it and also it had a massive sewing defect on the front of the dress. When I asked to send it back in order to receive a refund, they refused and offered to pay me $10 for a dress that costs $160.

The site's response was an insult to me as a customer, and I implore anyone who wants to order a dress to reconsider this thought.

My sister's dress was ordered by her exact measures that were taken by a sewist (which raised the price of the dress), and it came much bigger than her measurements. In addition, the breast area came five times larger of the intended size, and of course with a defect in the sewing (one piece was sewed on another just in front, and it looked ridiculous). No need to mention the response of the site, which was again preposterous.

In conclusion, I do not recommend you to buy from here unless you love throwing your money to garbage and have a long journey of nerves and stress.

Do not buy from this company!

Pictures on this site are stolen. They try to replicate the item, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I bought a dress for about $100. When it came, it was a horrible replica. Not even close! I asked for a refund, and they only gave me $30 back plus I had to pay for shipping $15. They said it was because they had to pay for materials and production. DO NOT buy from this company; it's a scam!
