Defective products. Bad customer service. D- rating on BBB.

By Eric P., Minneapolis, MN, Verified Reviewer

D- rating from the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased two weighted blankets from them in April. I was hoping this could help with my father’s health issues and help him with his anxiety. I saw a deal on Good Morning America, and thought I’d get one for my father and one for me.

By July, I started noticing small white beads on my couch. One or two at the beginning, then more and more. By the time I realized they were leaking from my blanket, the little beads were all over the room.

I emailed Tommie Copper, they got back to me asking only what weight my blanket was. Then a week went by. I had to email them again asking if they had any information for me. Then they sent me an email saying that their return policy is only 3 months, and blaming PayPal for not being able to offer me a refund. They offered me 50% off a future purchase, to which I replied: Why would I want to purchase anything from Tommie Copper again since the first and last thing I bought was either defective or only expected to last 3-6 months? Why not do what you can to fix the problem and retain my business?

I thought I was making an investment in something that would last longer than 4 or 5 months. For the few hundreds of dollars I spent, I was expecting better.

Then I checked their rating on the Better Business Bureau. Tommie Copper has a D- rating.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Best gloves ever

By Edward Meawasige , Toronto, Canada

Unable to remember where I saw ad for these Tommie Copper apparel items. Paid a lot of money for creams and lotions ranging from 10 dollars to 50 dollars in the past. my pain is a result of diabetic nerve pain in hands and feet. currently the gloves I purchased worked right away when put on! I am still in shock that these really work!? Feet are the next ones to use your amazing products on but they are expensive. I am disabled and rely on an disability check every month, but I am willing to give up a few meals to get those socks. Price is high but I know they will work for my feet (plantar fasciitis). sleepless nights will soon be a thing of the past. Thank you Tommie Copper!

A happy customer.....

By Rexann Kirkes , Kansas City, MO

Excellent, my days at Work used to be so painful. My dad bought me these socks to try. When I get home, I don't go straight to bed anymore. Love these socks. Thank you so much. My pain is completely done. Oh my Dad bought him some too and he's thrilled.

Tommy Copper compression shorts

By Donald button , Michigan

I have been having hip and groin issues for a wile now and I work retail 40 plus hours a week. I saw the ad on Fox News. I ordered a pair to try and I totally love them. The pain is reduced and it's like a warm feeling in my thighs. I'm totally ordering a couple more at $45 each as it's totally well worth it. I love Tommie Copper Gear.

Elbow and wrist sleeves and shirts

By Lucille Mighton , Nanaimo, BC

The Tommie Copper products are very comfortable and they really work. I wear them always. They are not bulky like most sleeves. I know others that have them and swear by them. I know sanitation workers that use them and would not go without them now that they have used them, and they lift approximately 300 to 600 garbage cans and food waste containers everyday.

Tommie Copper shirt and undershorts

By Eric Allen ,

I have cancer in my hips and shoulders and just out of curiosity, I decided to try the Tommie Copper products just to see if they really worked. The cancer in my hips has really limited my walking, but after wearing the undershorts, I started feeling relief from the pain in about a half hour. The pain in my right shoulder from the cancer made it difficult to do much of anything, but after wearing the shirt, I noticed major relief again within about a half hour as well.

I am a true believer in the Tommie Copper products now. I now need to get more so that I can wear them all the time. Thank you Tommie Copper! It's nice not to hurt all the time.

Knee sleeve

By Brian Torrie , Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

I believe in my own instance, this product helped take the swelling down at night. I thought it would help wearing it all day, but found it worked sort of worked.

Knee Sleeve

By Joe , Los Angeles, CA

I wore this for the first time today and I have to tell you, this thing is the best. I slipped down my stairs about 2 weeks ago and my knee swelled up. I used different braces that restricted my full knee movement and when I took the braces off I could hardly put pressure on my right leg. I put the sleeve on this morning and began to walk regular. So I thought to myself that the pain will kick in after I leave the gym. Four hours later, no pain and I can walk up my stairs normally.

Tommie Copper, turtle slow shipping, a cheap rip off product.

By John Conners , Louisville, KY

Tommie Copper is a total rip off. First, It will take you forever to get your product as their shipping is as slow as a turtle backing up. It's amazing how slow they are. They use FedEx SmartPost which ships to a FedEX location then transfers it to the USPS. This adds 3 or 4 days to your order. Although Tommie Copper saves money on the shipping.

As far as the actual product, I think it's cheap junk made in far the far east and it's a rip off. It does not do what it claims and they should be charged with false advertising. Don't waste your time or money.

Saved my legs

By Deborah , Rehoboth Beach, DE

Having been underweight most of my life, and gained over 40 pounds in the past few years, my bones and leg muscles hate me. I research everything that I buy and decided that Tommie Copper was the best for me. I love my leggings because they allow me to walk without pain, when shopping or walking the dogs. Until I lose the weight, I will wear them everywhere. By the way, I'll turn 63 years old in three months. Since summer is coming and have a lot of physical projects, I'll be ordering shorter Tommie Copper pants soon.

By Dave , Texas

I am still waiting for the item to come after 11 days. Bad service, but good product. I will try some other brand on my next order.
