Symptoms of RSD and Tommie Copper compression glove

By Daniel Mcculler, Shreveport, LA, Verified Reviewer

I purchased a pair of the Tommie Copper compressions gloves for the swelling in my hand from the Symptoms of RSD. The swelling also caused tingling in my hand and fingers from the compression of the nerves. As soon as I put the glove on, my the tingling almost completely went away. The swelling was more under control.

I would quickly recommend this product for what it has done to help me.

Hole in sock

By Brenda S., Wilsonville, OR, Verified Reviewer

First time I put on compression sock, there was a hole in it, top of the foot, not where I would be pulling up on the dock. I got these from GMA Steals & Deals a while ago. Finally just tried on. Very disappointed that quality control didn't catch this.

Nope!

By Claude M., Florida, Verified Reviewer

I have the long one from ankle to hip - yes, I got the smallest size, one stays up, the other not. I have the knee ones. I have the elbow ones.

None work for pain. But I like the heat - that's all that helps, so a blanket works better, so I only use it when up and around. Again, just for the heat because they do nothing for the pain.

Plus, check out the tag - should copper not be in there? It's 86% polyester + 14% spandex and silicone...so where is it said or mentioned copper?

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Works great for son and myself

By Marsha Griffith , Columbia, MS

Within one weeks time, the Tommie Copper compression products have enabled my son to continue training at Nashville Ballet's summer intensive despite of a painful shin splint.

His take on product:

It healed me! Before the week was out, I tore my ligament in the foot and although I still can't walk, the compression sleeve has greatly reduced what was severe resting pain. Thank God for Tommie Copper.

Yes, it is a very good product and I'm loving it still after 2 years.

By Monyette , Palmdale, CA

I was 48 at the time I stared wearing Tommie Copper wear weighing 250lbs. Even though I wanted to be healthy, I also was pushing for a beach body with no energy, a poor immune system and a sore back. Tommie Copper wear not only made it more comfortable for me to pull through exercises for beginners, it also got me throw the Shawn T programs and weight training. So what works for some won't work for everyone. And on top of it all, people wear clothes through the day. So I believe that could cause problems when you don't use products in a safe manner. Be sure to take this stuff off when you're done using it.

Compression Knee Brace

By Doug D., Bristol, TN, Verified Reviewer

I purchased a knee brace to see if it would help relieve knee pain. It has helped somewhat when I wear it at night. It's completely useless during the day when I'm doing any type of activity. The brace will not stay up, slides down to the top of my knee and there's nothing I can do to keep it in place. I did purchase the size recommended, according to the measurements on the label, but it was definitely too large. I exchanged for the large, which is snug, providing enough compression, but it will not stay up. I will try another brand for daytime use. The Tommie Copper is perfect for night time use while sleeping. Stays up then.

Catastrophe!

By Rick S., North Wales, PA, Verified Reviewer

The worst experience with any company I've ever dealt with! Absolutely horrible customer service and they never honor returns! No money, no replacement product, and no acknowledgment of the problem. They are terrible!

Good products, terrible customer service

By William N., Silver Spring, MD, Verified Reviewer

My wife and I ordered two items — a back support for her, a knee sleeve for me.

My knee sleeve has been great.

On the other hand, we had to return the back support (in the first week of December), but returned it (immediately) for a larger size. Over the last month, we were assured that the replacement was on its way. This week, we were told they were refunding our payment. Then it got really interesting...

Pros and Cons

One product seems to work

First delivery was quick and correct

The "customer care team" is a joke

You can spend 20 minutes on hold, for a new order or to check on an old one

Over a month (four interactions) to straighten out a simple replacement

Short sleeve shirts

By John Gordon , Wedowee, AL

I had a friend who said he was going to quit gold because of his shoulder pain until he tried Tommie Copper shirts. Since I also have shoulder pain, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised because the added support really helped and allowed me to swing more freely. I do think they are a little pricey but it works for me.

Watch out!

By Paul S., Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Saw their ad for a sale on an item I needed. Good deal till they added in $75 shipping and handling...YES, $75. Couldn't believe it! This was for delivery to Canada, but big deal. Wayfair, Amazon, and other sites do not charge this. I am still waiting for a reply to my email!

Forget getting a refund

By Christine H., Florida, Verified Reviewer

I ordered back support compression shorts. It came on time but it was too small. I began the return policy on September 12th. Have yet to receive my money back. Today is October 24th.

I've called them three times. First time I got some rude guy. He said they were a month behind in refunds.

Second and third times I was assured the refund is on the way. Still no refund.
