I love the experience. Not only do I get to see things, I also get not to worry about it.

Besides great quality and timely delivery, I get exceptional customer service. Five stars! If I had more than two eyes, I'd get more contacts from Hubble.

I’d grown so frustrated with keeping track of when I opened my two-week lenses, plus always having a case and mini solution with me for travel. Hubble has made traveling and my daily routine at home so much easier. Plus, instead of having a stack of insanely expensive contacts from the doctor’s office cluttering my bathroom, I have two adorable little long boxes. I’ll never go back.

I had tried samples of dailies and loved them. I asked my doctor for a prescription for the dailies, and he failed to get me one. Then I saw an ad for Hubble on Facebook and signed up for the free trial. It was so simple! I loved the contacts and the price!

The best part is I am a busy mom of four boys, I live way out of town, and it’s a hassle to get to town for contacts. These come like clockwork and I don’t have to worry about running another errand when I’m in town. I don’t know why you would do contacts any other way?!

DO NOT order these contacts. I had the worst experience EVER! The two-week free trial contacts were great, but after that, it all went downhill. The next two boxes that came were BAD; it was like I didn't have any contacts in my eyes. I spent many hours on the phone with this company. After many arguments, they sent me two more boxes, the same BAD contacts. I received a total of eight boxes, all BAD. The last two boxes I decided not to open but returned for a refund. As of today, I've been refunded for ONE box, and they're refusing to refund the second box. I would give them ZERO STARS if I could!

I started using Hubble late last year. I got a sample offer for two weeks and loved them. I had to finish up my current contact lens stash, but then I went straight back to Hubble. My eyes usually dry out at the end of the night but I've found with these lenses, I can wear them up until midnight without any issues! I'm really pleased with the Customer Service too; they're very responsive and you can tell they place an importance on making sure their customers are happy. Try them, you won't regret it!

Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them.

After I ordered the trial pairs I then read the reviews and found out they charge your card continually and cancellation is not easy. So I cut my card off and ordered a new bank card.

A month a half later after receiving constant emails says my card has been declined, I emailed them back and said I wanted to cancel. The email I received after said I would need to call and the emails about the declined card continued. Then last week they got my new card number without me giving it to them! And charged it without my permission. And wouldn't give me a refund until I send back the contacts, which I haven't received yet and are awful by the way. This company is a joke.

I've been using Hubble since around May of last year. I can't afford the high-quality contact lenses that come from the eye doctor, so this has been a reasonable alternative. The customer service is great. The lens quality is so-so. You get what you pay for. Sometimes I'll have a lens that will burn as soon as I put it in my eye, or it will come out of the packaging inside out. I've also experienced putting in my contacts to have one lens be blurry (usually my right lens), and one be crystal clear. I'd say all of these issues happen at least once a month, if not more. For those of you that sleep in your contacts (but shouldn't!) as I have on a very rare few occasions, these don't feel so great in the morning. I have to take them out and give my eyes a break with my glasses.

Despite the quality issues, I would say overall finding Hubble has been a blessing. I can't afford to replace my old glasses or buy high-quality lenses. I'm willing to put up with the not so great things so I can see perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone!

Hubble has been a game-changer for my vision care. I used to dread having to refill my prescriptions and would tend to go longer than I should with my previous lenses (two-weekers). But with Hubble, every month new lenses show up at your door, and you're good to go. And if you've not switched over to daily contacts in general, you are missing out.

From the start of my experience with Hubble, they've been reliably thorough and quick with any questions or issues that I've had with things like adjusting my prescription strength, billing questions, or updating a new address. This has been a major perk for using this company as I feel like I'm talking with a human being any time I get in touch with them.

The lenses themselves do really well, too. I'm a performer and I worried how the lenses would take to bright stage lights for several hours, and they were fantastic. They rarely dried out during the show, and when stage makeup got into my eyes and onto the lenses, into the trash they went at the end of the night and onto the next pair the following morning!

I've been so happy with this product and this company - highly recommended!

I love how I can just throw them away after one use and that it’s very affordable. It feels great too! I would totally recommend this to my friend! Usually, I would buy name brands and end up paying couple 100 bucks for a monthly use, but this is only 30 bucks! It’s worth getting!

After reading about Hubble online, I decided to give the online contact service a try. To say I was hesitant would be an understatement. I have purchased my contacts for 15 years through my Optometry office. I’ve tried multiple different brands to find something that felt halfway comfortable for my over 8-hour work days as a nurse. I was nervous that the Hubble Contacts would be of less quality and again uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised! The contacts are of great quality, and are comfortable to wear! I love the convenience of having them mailed to my doorstep. The cost-effectiveness is also a huge perk! I now also prefer the daily contacts over the monthly ones I’ve worn in the past.

Overall, awesome experience with Hubble! I’d recommend anyone that wears contacts to give Hubble a try; you will be pleasantly surprised!
