Hubble Contacts

I signed up for the free trial. I didn't realize at the time that I ordered the wrong contacts (accidentally entered the wrong power for my left eye). Due to personal reasons, I then decided that I would rather not go through with the subscription.

I emailed customer service and was told to call a number to cancel. I did this on Easter Monday, not realizing that they are closed. Where I live, Easter Monday is not a bank holiday. Their phone line had an error message recording instead of a recording letting you know they are closed for the holiday. I assumed their phone lines were down, so I tried emailing again, where I got the same answer and told they were closed for the holiday. I now have a shipment of contacts on it's way to my house that I can't use because they are "unable" to cancel orders/subscriptions via their customer service email address.

It is very inconvenient that if you want to cancel an order or subscription that you have to call a separate customer service line just to do that. Why is there no cancellation email address that customers can correspond with?

I'm very disappointed.

I received my free trial yesterday. I tried them today, and I can say that I still have them in now while writing this review and since 7 am this morning, and I can't feel them at all! Best lenses ever! Thank you Hubble.

I have absolutely loved Hubble! I’ve been using them for about six months now, and it’s so much easier than going to the optometrist’s every few months to get more contacts. It is pain-free, and the contacts come right to my house promptly just in time for a new month. I would highly recommend Hubble for anyone thinking about it!

The quality of these contacts is amazing for the price. I’m constantly impressed with the fact that I can get this great product for such a low price. The service is extremely easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. I love that you can pause/skip any month or edit the days that you get your contacts. The customization of your subscription is what makes Hubble so unique and wonderful! Easy and quick.

I wanted to like Hubble so bad. Cute packaging. No fuss subscription service. Save a bit of cash. But the moment I ordered Hubble, red flags were raised. It's clear to me that Hubble DOES NOT double check your prescription with your eye doctor. Why? Because I received the wrong prescription in my trial pack. It could be a mistake on their end, sure. But upon double checking, I saw that the error was in fact mine.

I called immediately to unsubscribe, because SURPRISE! They automatically sign you up for a subscription to their contacts that will CHARGE and SEND contacts without you being aware. Which also comes with a stocking fee, and if you happened to open the box, you're just plum out of luck. Shady.

Also, have I mentioned how far off this prescription is? By -.75! I can't even use the trial contacts even if I wanted. Useless. Dish out the extra cash for contacts people. Your eyes deserve it, and your sanity too.

I'm all about getting the most from my insurance company, which means getting a new pair of glasses every other year and a six month supply of contacts in the other years. I do wear contacts mostly, at least to work and most of the time I'm out but wear glasses at home. I've probably used no fewer than a dozen different brands of contacts as I've been wearing them since I was a teenager, and when I switched to dailies last year my doctor gave me several types to try. I haven't had problems with any of them.

Hubble reminds me of the first two-week disposable contacts I had. They are thicker than the Focus Dailies, but you don't notice this when they're in. As I see it, this is a good thing because you can easily tell if they are inside out or not before putting them to your eye. I ordered these after using my six month supply of Focus Dailies, which are the cheapest option available to me from my eye doctor. The cost is roughly the same if you buy the Focus Dailies in boxes of 90, but Hubble wins with the convenience factor.

I would recommend this to anyone except the people that are extra sensitive and require a higher grade contact, in which case I'd go for Lasik given the cost of some of those.

I just received my first free trial box from Hubble, and I am so excited that I had to write a review! I ordered my contacts on March 14, 2018, and I received them today March 21st. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the shipment is and how accurate the tracking website is for this product.

The product itself is quite comfortable. I have been wearing them for two hours now, and I have no complaints so far, except for the outside packaging being ripped, but it happens. I also had to get in contact with someone from customer service and a nice lady helped me schedule a 3-month payment system instead of the 56 days they have on their website.

Thank you, Hubble, for your great product. I hope things will continue smoothly with this product and I will definitely purchase more in the future.

Hubble orders were great. But when I realized that I do not use the contacts often enough to keep getting orders, they are horrible. I sent the message to the same place I made the order. I received a lot of messages but did not see a phone number to call. The next month another came, and I sent another message. I had this company blocked from my account.

The next month another order came through, and I sent an email, and I received a response that she received the two that I returned for a refund but one was past the refund date. I was told they tried to credit money to my bank account, but it is blocked, so I asked for a check, which I have not received. I then had a block on my bank account for the amount $33.00. This month the fee was taken from my account, and just today after three months, I was given the phone number to call and cancel my account. This is horrible.

These contacts were the WORST I have ever tried. The base curve must be completely off! Absolute TORTURE to wear them for the day.

The worst part?! The company told me they'd refund the first shipment box (they sent it two days after sending me the samples, so I had no chance to cancel before the paid shipment came). They didn't refund and I'm left trying to deal with submitting a chargeback to the credit card company.

Save yourself the trouble and order from 1-800 Contacts where at least they guarantee your satisfaction or they will actually help you return and refund the contacts. Or better yet, order them from your eye doctor and support a local business.

I wasn’t sure about Hubble at first, but I am so glad I gave them a shot! I have a super busy schedule between going to college and work and everything else that goes on in life. They get shipped right to your house as often as you set it to, which is nice if you're someone like me who always forgets to order more before I run out! Plus they're only a dollar a day, so I don’t feel bad throwing them out at the end of the day! I recommend them to anyone who wears or wants to wear contacts!
