I've been using Keranique for about two weeks. When I started, it caused a small amount of hair loss but it quickly subsided, and now I love how my hair feels. The shampoo and conditioner smell great and feel refreshing when I use them. It made my hair thick and soft, and gave it a ton of volume. My hair feels silky smooth, and it doesn't feel weighed down like some other smoothing products make my hair feel. I'm extremely happy with how Keranique has affected my hair!

I love Keranique and have been using it since December 2017. My hair is growing longer and thicker. I had five back surgeries since March of last year ending in August. My hair started falling out and getting worse. I saw a post on Facebook talking about this product, my daughter had like the post, so I thought I would give it a try.

I have been using it ever since and my hair is getting longer and thicker. Yes, I would tell anyone to use it. My hair shines and after putting it on my hair it feels soft. I love it. Their customer service is the best; they are always polite and professional, they do not try to push you into anything. They listen to what you want and need.

I love Keranique and will continue using it. I don't know what more I can say about this product other than it is great. I am 60 years and always have had long thick hair, and now I am getting it back. Thanks to them and their product. I told my daughter about the product and now she is using it too. I've recently had knee surgery and as in the past, medications used during and after surgery can/will affect hair growth/loss. I first noticed spots on my scalp that were thinning. I decided to try Keranique. I've been using Keranique for several months now. Within about 2 and 1/2 months, I started noticing new growth (baby fine hairs) along the hairline. I have used this product religiously and am amazed at the results. I no longer have thin spots, plus my hair is coming back curly. I will always be grateful to Keranique. I LOVE their shampoo and conditioner.

Ordering the Keranique package of shampoo, conditioner, and hair renewing spray was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. My hair was thinning more and more. I even had bald spots. After a little more than four months, I have hair where there was none, and lots of volume. The people I've contacted have been helpful and courteous. This is a great product and a caring company.

After sadly watching my hair fall out and break off daily, I was becoming more and more discouraged and sad. My husband suggested I try it, so I did. IT WORKS! I finally decided to try Keranique after stalling for a few years because I read and heard so many mixed reviews. My initial contact with a representative was not to my liking. I had many questions, but the agent kept asking me for my credit card number, my address where to ship to, etc. I told her to please let me ask and get my questions answered before I give her my personal information. She was extremely persistent, which made me realize they work on commission or some kind of incentive plan. She eventually answered my questions, and I decided to order.

I received the products almost immediately. I was very excited to start using. I started having issues after the second washing of my hair. So I called back customer service and was told I was probably using too much shampoo. So I cut it down significantly.

My hair was so dry and so tangled...it was awful. I called back again, received more advice and instructions, and by the way, every single time I called, the representatives tried to sell me MORE products! I was given different advise every time I called. My last phone call the agent told me, "if you normally wash your hair once or twice a week continue to wash your hair that way with the Keranique product." No one had ever told me that before, so I was washing my hair often. Also, no one had ever told me how much minoxidil to apply to my scalp, so I was overusing that as well!

I had to get 5 inches cut off my hair after this nightmare! The only thing that was positive in this whole experience is that they, in fact, refunded my money quite expeditiously. The bottom line for me is that these representatives are not fully trained (or simply don't care) about this product and are just concerned in getting their commissions or incentives. We who call are having real issues with our hair, and in some cases, it is quite devastating to us as in my case.

I did find another product which has worked wonders for me. My hair has "comeback," which also happens to be the name of the product.

I just wanted to share my experience of using the Keranique products. I have thyroid issues that caused my hair to thin to the point of my scalp showing through. I was like every female desperate to find something to help! I started taking vitamins and tried a few other hair-growing products that did nothing.

I read all the reviews on the Keranique products and thought I would try them out. That was three years ago, and I use the regrowth spray every day and the shampoo and conditioner every other day. I'm not saying your hair will grow to the floor, but with the product my hair has thickened and is very manageable. I give this product a 10!

This is an amazing product! I am not even finished with my first bottle and my hair is thicker, fuller, longer and the thinning, as well as hair loss has not returned! Truly amazing and I am very, very pleased. The mask makes your hair feel like silk and shiny! I HIGHLY recommend this product if you have any hair issues like I did. My receded hairline has filled in as well! I am loving my hair again!
