I had to enter a ton of information just to get a quote. Which turned out not to be competitive. But the process was smooth if a bit long (20-30 minutes). Worth checking them out when shopping for a loan.

Outstanding experience and a very easy and convenient process. Loan agents are very friendly and efficient, with amazing responsiveness. I spoke to them at different times of the day and on weekends without a problem.

The overall process was good, although there were a lot of gaps (a week or more) when things seemed to be on hold, yet I understand things were moving forward. But more communication would have helped as others that have done Quicken Loans said it only took a couple of weeks (my process took two months). The notary was late for the signing and had excuses but no apology. Planning ahead would have eliminated her excuses; I had to go to office to print papers, which could have been done a day ahead and traffic (traffic is bad in the morning so one leaves early to arrive on time) and lastly I was not informed that the checks would be sent to me and was not looking for them. I found them inadvertently when I went to mow the lawn and they were in a soaking wet UPS envelope by my front door. I have no idea when they arrived or why they were wet since there is a covered area at the door and no puddles anywhere. The actual loan process was good, just the little side things that went poorly.

My fiancé just closed on our first home; we were very nervous and not to sure how the process works. Even though we probably asked 100 basic questions that some may find silly, each Quicken Loans member answered them and made sure we fully understand what we were looking at, and never seemed to think our questions were silly. I am very thankful for this experience and look forward to working with this team. Thank you.

I applied on the 4th and got a so-called pre-approval. On the 5th I sent in what was asked on to do list, and that is as far as I have gotten. Jo, the person assigned to me, has not given me any answers. And tomorrow will be the 10th.

Well, it wasn't easy like the commercials portray, but we did have a good experience once we realized the type of loan we qualified for requires extra documentation. A bit heavy on the techy side vs. personal touch, but all in all, a good experience.

Honestly, they made it so easy and took away almost all of the stress. They took me seriously and never once questioned me, and the reason I say that is because of how young I am. But I loved working with every single one of the workers. They were great; they checked in on me and made it so personal. I 110% recommend them!

It was great to be able to call each one directly and ask questions as needed. They made the process seamless and the Rocket Mortgage application made document submission convenient.

A couple of years ago we refinanced our house with Quicken and found it very straightforward and easy to do, and we were very pleased with the result and how easy it was to get to closing. The help we received was second to none.

About a couple of months ago, we decided to refinance again to use some of the equity we had built up. Naturally we turned to Quicken (now Rocket Mortgage) to help. As before pretty much everything was done online with minimum fuss with a couple of discussions on the phone to fix the the amount and lock in the interest rate.

As before, the closing was fairly painless, with the notary coming to our house with the documentation that we had to sign. Now if that could be reduced...
