I have placed three orders with Piping Rock. Two of them have contained the wrong items. I contacted the company, and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Ordering from Piping Rock is a lottery.

I have ordered about four times, always happy with the products received. No problem with time of delivery. They give you an approximate time frame.

I would order again. Two for one deals are a good value. Not sure of the quality but for diffusing I am happy with what I have received so far.

I made two international orders, none of them arrived. I contacted the company on two occasions. They gave me untraceable shipping guides and letting me know they have no way to keep tracking info once in the destination country, how convenient. Now I know there is no use in trying to get my money back. I've read so many reviews, from international clients like me, who are making the same claim. Buyer beware.

I ordered odorless garlic and vitamin D3 costing £18.66, plus £5.23 shipping. When my order arrived, it came with a fee to pay of £11.64 for a customs charge. I didn’t pay, of course, and it is on its way back to America.

I complained and was told it was my fault, and I should have read the small print. Also, I won’t be getting a full refund, which I’m not really bothered about, I just want people to know.

And please, read the small print because if anything bad happens, it’s your fault.

I would leave a minus rating if I could. Rip-off merchants!

I order around six times a year, and I have been completely happy with everything I have purchased. Shipping is always fast, and customer service is great. I have ordered from them for several years now and will continue to keep ordering from them.

Absolutely positively poor and truly disgraceful. Three emails and two live chats asking where my products where that were ordered back on the 25th of February 2018, and I only received a reply on the 6th of April 2018 saying nothing much other than that it has arrived in Australia.

They gave me DHL Global as the shipping company, but apparently, this company changed their name ages ago, so wouldn't they know this? The new shipping company said that they should have sent you a tracking number, well Piping Rock never has. It is now the 19th of April and no products have been delivered, I have sent another email today requesting a tracking number, but I don't hold much hope.

I stress to everyone who reads this in Australia, please DO NOT order from Piping Rock, seems to be just scam artists.

I am happy with my first order. I will see how it works on me and put a progressive report on. The delivery was in acceptable time.

Free air post was great. We have trouble getting hemp oil in this country so hoping for the best.

Price and delivery were somewhat ok, but one of the three packets had a leak of the product; namely, the foil seal had a slight damage which allowed a small portion of the liquid product to leak into the bag it was enclosed in. The plastic bottle had a loose cap on top of it, and it amazes me to the point where I asked myself, "How can a foil seal be damaged if the cap was still on?" I can only assume the foil was damaged prior to the cap being screwed on.

The loss of liquid was so small it didn't bother me, but the thought of possible contamination did cause me to wonder how the product was dealt with prior to postage to a customer. In that respect, I shall contact Piping Rock Health Products to get their opinion on this matter. The item being: 6683, Pure Magnesium Oil (3 Pack) 3 x 8 fl oz (237 mL) Spray Bottle.

Nasty stuff. We ordered a bag of "dried mangoes" and what we got was SUGARED mangoes artificially colored fluorescent orange despite being listed on the website as simply "dried mango." BS. Dried mango is mangoes dried out. Not mangoes soaked in E numbers, colorants, and sugar. The description for the product deliberately misleads; "candy from nature" can be misunderstood to be FRUIT from nature since fruit is sweet already, not fruit taken from nature, then treated with chemicals, artificial colorants and sugared until it has literally become man-made candy. That ain't "candy from nature." Zero stars.

I bought from this company for years but that won't ever happen again. They had deluxe nuts, unsalted mix for buy one get one free and now they won't make the free bag good. I paid a high price by getting one bag from them. I am very unhappy with this company and will not be going to buy from them again. Good-bye to PipingRock.com. False advertisement.

I ordered three lysine lip balms on 3/30/18 and they arrived to me on 4/6/18. Considering I’m in a totally different country, I’m so happy at how quick the delivery was and will definitely be ordering again.
