    Disgusting customer service

    Overall Experience:

    Absolutely positively poor and truly disgraceful. Three emails and two live chats asking where my products where that were ordered back on the 25th of February 2018, and I only received a reply on the 6th of April 2018 saying nothing much other than that it has arrived in Australia.

    They gave me DHL Global as the shipping company, but apparently, this company changed their name ages ago, so wouldn't they know this? The new shipping company said that they should have sent you a tracking number, well Piping Rock never has. It is now the 19th of April and no products have been delivered, I have sent another email today requesting a tracking number, but I don't hold much hope.

    I stress to everyone who reads this in Australia, please DO NOT order from Piping Rock, seems to be just scam artists.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
