I'm sorry, Dr. Grundy, I am an active 50-year-old woman who had her first pregnancy at age 38 and twins at age 40, with three Laparoscopic procedures to remove uterine fibroid prior to that. I have this horrible belly that keeps growing despite my best efforts. My energy level has always been high, I eat very well, alcohol in moderation, I exercise regularly, and take NO medications. I hate having this extra weight, and NO ONE can seem to help me with my issue.

I have recently had surgery on my elbow on the 15th of March 2018. At the 10 day point, I discovered an infection. I was not feeling well. I spent 4 days in the hospital receiving high doses of antibiotics. I started taking Total Restore. Wow! With my condition, I was really not doing well. I noticed a feeling of well being. I feel really good. I believe Total Restore played a major role in getting me to feeling better. I no longer take the medication and feel really well.

I have been using Total Restore for about two weeks. I have noticed better digestion and elimination. I may need more time to assess more improvement; however, I am very concerned that I eliminate my leaky-gut syndrome, as it may be contributing to my arthritis which is manifesting in my hands and feet. Within a week I felt amazing! The hardest part is not eating what does the damage. The supplement is fantastic. I've had tendonitis in my left forearm for months, with my body returning to normal it's already feeling better.

I have suffered from colitis for years. After being on steroids for 3+ years, my colitis was controlled and I was taken off the steroids. It was then identified that I had become adrenal insufficient. After 4 years of suffering, I felt like I was finally getting my life back and thought I'd try this supplement. As a result, I am now suffering from bloating, gas, and bloody stools. I would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone suffering from issues of the gastrointestinal tract!

I can't say I'm a fan of the taste of Prebiothrive alone (very flax seed taste), however, when I mix it with the Vital Reds it tastes pretty good. I also take the Total Restore tablets all at the same time in the morning, and it seems to give you more vigor after 4-5 days.

Note: You do have to change any lifestyle to a more active one. The Prebiothrive will help move things along with removing waste and toxins, but you need to eat foods that assist with this as well. Also, there is no substitute for being "active." You have to get up and "move" at least 4-5 times a week in order to see weight loss.

I have had a long-standing problem with my gut due to too many antibiotics as a child and adult as well as severe Mercury poisoning, which was finally diagnosed three years ago. Both too many antibiotics and Mercury poisoning left me with leaky gut and multiple food intolerances. Having tried many remedies, I thought no more, I’ll just build up another intolerance. Then an email came through from Dr. Gundry and it was so well-written and so detailed in description, mirroring my own experiences, I thought I would try one more time, one more remedy. Within a week, I feel a tremendous difference! I have hope!

I had been battling a bad case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I started in summer of 2017 with daily use of PrebioThrive and Vital Reds. Shortly thereafter I added the 24-strain Probiotic. Results were a significant improvement in IBS symptoms. Improvement was 50 - 75% better. In February I began taking Total Restore two to three times a day. Symptoms improved significantly again to the point where I am back to 95% normal. The only caveat is that in March I also started taking IBgard, an over-the-counter product advertised for IBS. So I do not know what portion of my improvement is due to the Total Restore and what portion is due to the IBgard. It makes no difference to me because I have now found a combination of products that has returned me to near normal and I am very grateful for it.
