HomeLight is a great service. We were able to review and interview several realtors’ qualifications, their rankings in the county and their specialties. It allowed us to select a terrific agent along with his company. He was a real "pro" and gave us some very sound advice that contradicted advice from other realtors, and this advice resulted in us saving substantial money that we had thought we’d have to spend before putting our house on the market. The end result, our house sold in six days at $16k over asking price, the highest price of any house in our neighborhood in quite a long time.

Despite their claims, you will receive unsolicited calls from agents. I was expecting to just evaluate realtors who have sold property in my area and narrow down the list to two or three agents that I would call, not the other way around. Within two minutes of registering on this site, I received three unsolicited calls. So if you are like me, and would rather be the one who makes the calls, then this service is not for you.

We had been trying to sell our home in the Poconos Mountains for some time and had worked with three realtors who were local agents and had very disappointing results.

When we contacted HomeLight, we were immediately put in touch with several agents in the area, and decided to work with Kathie Kazimi.

We had a great experience working with Kathie Kazimi, she was the fourth real estate agent we worked with in the last many years, and she was the only one who really worked with us. Within a few days after listing our property, she had several showings lined up! That was really amazing since the previous realtors kept telling us that our house was an almost impossible sell.

Kathie was very kind, always available and had advice and great knowledge of the market.

I had never heard of HomeLight before searching the internet for a real estate agent. Not only was HomeLight the first to respond, but HomeLight also ensured I was contacted directly by a real estate agent immediately, even though it was the weekend. The first real estate agent to contact me was Rashmie Ramkissoon, who was absolutely amazing. Both Ms. Ramkissoon and HomeLight kept me up-to-date at all times, and my house was sold after only being on the market for eight days. HomeLight is a great service and I highly recommend their services.

I no sooner stopped typing in my information that I began receiving non-stop unsolicited calls from agents. Interestingly they are ALL from the same real estate company. This particular company has not been selling homes in my area according to all the sign postings that are up.

I wasn't sure about using the HomeLight service since we had already had some experience with real estate agents in the Crossville, Tennessee area. However, I gave it a try and was sent two names, which I called. I found that one, Shelley Marshall with First Realty, had shown our house when it had been on the market a couple of years before this listing (with another agency) and liked what she said about the house and her knowledge and experience in the area and that she would be working with her daughter, Amber. I signed with her and she sold the house in four months, not easy in a very difficult market in a small town. She went out of her way to help us with some problems that came up, which was greatly appreciated since we had already moved to another state and the house was empty. I would not have known about her without the help of the HomeLight recommendation.

Concerned about finding a top, knowledgeable selling agent in our area, we tried HomeLight. Within minutes we received emails and phone calls from the top three agents in our area. After reviewing the agents and their past sales performance, we chose two, plus another recommended by a friend. We then interviewed each, showing them our home.

From our interviews, we were able to choose Paul and Dana Weiler with Paragon Realty Group. The personal warmth and professionalism exhibited by the Weilers made our choice easy. Once contracted, Dana and Paul outline our approach to preparing and selling our home. Amazingly, our home sold in just four days from its MLS listing, and significantly over asking price. I contacted HomeLight and received a call from the representative within a few minutes. Following that conversation, I received calls from three top realtors in the area. I appreciated the quick responses and set up meetings with the three realtors. Every realtor was great, so it was hard to choose, but we chose a realtor and were very happy with the service.

My husband and I needed a realtor to sell our home on Colorado, but we lived in Arizona. HomeLight lets us interview the top realtors in Colorado over the telephone and finally meet with the realtor we chose in person since we only had 24 hours in Colorado. The process was very easy and the realtors were all very professional, so it was hard to choose. However, we put the house on the market, and it sold and closed in less than two months! We would use HomeLight again!

We contacted HomeLight after a not so positive experience with a realtor that was referred to us by a friend who was unable to sell our home. We interviewed three realtors that HomeLight suggested and decided to go with the Merrill group because of their experience as well as their ability to sell unique homes (we have a 100+-year-old multi-family house) such as ours. Sam Merrill met with us, walked through the home, gave some helpful suggestions in which we did. We put a fresh coat of paint on a kitchen, a little cleaning up of the sheetrock in a bedroom and the house was listed a week later. It took only three days on the market before we had a solid offer on the house that was over the asking price! We decided to keep showing the house until we knew the first buyer was secured. The following day after the first offer, we had a second offer for over the selling price, there was no doubt that the house would be sold this time and it did!

The sale process was relatively painless due to Sam's guidance and advice from start to finish. I highly recommend this realtor, the service was so good that we referred my brother and he is selling his house too through the Merrills.

They are the best around, and I would not hesitate to refer them again to anyone who needs their services.

We requested the best realtors in our area from HomeLight. HomeLight responded immediately with three realtors in a matter of minutes. Much to our surprise, the first realtor HomeLight suggested contacted us for an introductory meeting almost immediately. We scheduled the meeting and went with the first realtor on the HomeLight list. We were very pleased with the response from HomeLight to our request, and with the realtor they suggested. I would recommend using HomeLight in the future for any requirement I would have as they seem to have a good handle on the best professionals to do the job needed.
