I'm finishing up my second month of being on ActivatedYou and have not seen any results. I had hoped it would help with the bloat as highlighted by Maggie Q but got nothing. To be fair, I haven't experienced any negative side effects but definitely haven't seen any positive effects.

Before taking the ActivatedYou probiotic supplement, my stomach was always bloated. I looked like I was 5 or 6 months pregnant. I was never regular, and I was always tired and had no energy. I had to consume energy drinks just to get myself to be able to do basic housework. And my skin was so dull, dry, and blotchy looking. Now, I have been taking the product for about a month. I am no longer bloated and have regular bowl movements. I have energy, and my skin is glowing! I also have less mood swings! This product is awesome!

I only ordered one bottle of the probiotics, and I'm at the end of the bottle as of this text. I rarely do reviews. But I have already done with my first bottle 30 days of ActivatedYou and to be honest, until I was asked to do the review I hadn’t really thought about it. Mainly because I’m feeling good. No heartburn or bloaty belly feeling and literally just noticed today that my skin looks better. I have mild psoriasis, and it cleared up too. I just received my second bottle and hope that continuing with the regime I will start to feel and look even better. So like I said. So far so good.

I've been taking the Probiotic for seven weeks now, and although I have not seen a difference in the look of my tummy, I feel less bloated and a little bit less gassy. I feel more light, less sluggish and I have regular bowel movements (2-3 times a day). Part of the reason I didn't give them five stars is that at $69 a bottle it's definitely pricey and not accessible to everyone. I would recommend to everyone I know if it wasn't so expensive.

I started taking the ActivatedYou Probiotic as well as the Prebiotics Morning Complete about three weeks ago. I have always had regular (above regular maybe, 2-4 time a day) bowel movements but my issue has always been extreme gas and bloating. Since I have been taking these, I noticed that I suffer from slightly less bloating and no change in gas levels, but I have also been suffering from indigestion in the morning. Is this normal? I take the Prebiotic with water in the morning as well as the probiotic and don't eat because indigestion develops shortly after and I take peppermint tea to soothe it. I am curious to know if indigestion is considered part of the "die off."
