I only ordered one bottle of the probiotics, and I'm at the end of the bottle as of this text. I haven't experienced any problems with the product, but I also haven't seen any difference to other probiotics I've taken in the past. I do not have a lot of weight to lose, only about 5 lbs. I mostly wanted to get rid of the belly bloat that has been slowly creeping on in the least couple years. I've considered ordering another bottle, but not sure if I'm sold yet.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
