I was leery of doing business with an online bank, but a friend encouraged me to use Quicken Loans (which led to Rocket Mortgage). I could not be happier with the results. This was my 5th mortgage, and it was unbelievably easy. There was no daunting paperwork to sort through (only at signing) and we did the closing at my home (my mortgage was a refinance). It was by far the easiest and quickest mortgage I have ever experienced. Once you start, you have an online dashboard that keeps you informed daily. They have really worked out any kinks that might occur in an online financing experience.

I was apprehensive at first going through an online mortgage company for our new home, but with all the ad's and good reviews, I thought I would apply, just to see what all the fuss was about. Our experience was so good that we never felt we needed another comparable quote from a local bank. Awesome, easy, and through. Five stars!

Forgettable but 5-stars? That's because I could forget about all the stress associated with buying a home and closing. Between Quicken, Steve, Broc, and the rest of the team, it was a painless process. Their willingness to explain, promptness in replying and overall competence was a godsend, in the already nerve-wracking experience of home buying.

I've recommended Quicken to everyone I know! In fact, my sister is hoping to complete her refinance within in the next 15-25 days! She had per appraisal today! So thankful for Joshua who helped me initially and the entire team from the appraisal, title, and notary. A+ process!

Outstanding communication with Tyler and Kyle. Their exceptional level of friendly and professional customer service should be noted. Both Tyler and Kyle were extremely helpful in guiding us through our first experience with an online mortgage.

The entire process was a bit lengthy compared to traditional mortgages. However, some of this could be explained and understood by the requirements made by the VA. A portion was also attributed to our inability to "upload" documents from home.

Overall, we are quite satisfied with our experience and would not hesitate to use or recommend Rocket Morgage/Quicken in the future.

Every single person my wife and I had contact with during our refinance was informative, helpful, and friendly. Some of our questions along the way were redundant, however, everyone was professional and answered all of our questions, even when I know we may have asked more than once.

Quicken Loans was very helpful every step of the way from pre-approval to closing. They stayed on top of all the requirements and we were able to close on the scheduled date at 30 days. They made buying our new home a very enjoyable and stress-free experience!

We had no idea we could even buy a house. We contacted Quicken Loans and within a half hour, they told us we were pre-approved for a home loan! We could not be happier. They even found a 5-star realtor and believe me she is a 5-star realtor. She found us our house. We looked at one other house, and we told her what we liked about it and what we wanted. She found the house we bought.

Working with Rocket Mortgage was quick and easy and painless. It was a wonderful experience as a first time home buyer. It would recommend Rocket to any of my friends. It was a terrific overall experience, and certainly, one that I would do again. Naven and Amy were terrific and friendly and helped me at every step of the way.

After buying 10 homes and going through the process, this was the fast and easiest mortgage process we have ever had!

We had continuous communication. There was never a concern about where we were in the process or what we needed next.

The close was quick and really seamless.

However, I felt like I had to fight for the APR and still did not get what I wanted. I did not walk away thinking, YES! I shopped around and almost went elsewhere.

I will take my business to the best numbers person next time.

I have an excellent credit score, and all the right answers for what I felt should have been rewarded since I have stayed with this company for years.

In the end, it's about money and the competition for the best numbers.
