Enjoyed Hubble’s monthly service for a year and a half. The contacts were always delivered on time, and the quality isn’t bad for what you are paying. It is a little drying but it feels like you aren’t wearing anything.

I got a trial pair of lenses, but they sent the wrong BC. Turns out they only have one specific BC of 8.6. They then sent me the next set without an email alert. On calling they refuse to cancel! Stay away.

Hubble lenses are poor quality, and the company's marketing campaign is a scam! A dishonest company that tricks people into signing up for re-fills without consent!

Hubble Contacts are comfortable, that's the only good thing. I can't see clearly, they did not tell me that their contracts don't cover astigmatism, which I have in both eyes. I can't find the phone number on their website to cancel. Bottom line, don't order if you have astigmatism or if you have sensitive eyes.

Terrible company - total scam. You have to call in to cancel the subscription and you cannot do it online. No toric lens offered. All in all, avoid this company. And don't get scammed by their "free" offering, as you will be immediately charged for a full month prior to you even trying them.

Do not ever order anything from Hubble Contacts. Back in May 2018, I decided to try their $3 offer. As soon as I received them, I decided to cancel the order and close my account. I called them and told them I'd like to terminate and close my account. The next month I received a box from them and was charged. I called and told them I canceled my account, and I no longer want anything from them. Now three months later, I wake up and check my bank account balance and find that my account was once more charged by them. I received an NSF fee because of it. I was livid because I know I canceled my Hubble account. I called the Philippines call center and just spent the last 20 minutes on the phone trying to get her to understand that I closed my account three months ago. I didn't order anything from them. She said my account was still active and she not only could not reverse the charges but she could not refund my NSF fee.

She promised that as soon as I returned the package, they sent me that my account would be refunded the $35 and my Hubble account would be closed. I told her that I wanted it put there on my Hubble account that I will never, ever order anything from them again. So, do not ever order anything from Hubble Contacts. They are scammers that just want your money.

P.S. My bank has blocked them from charging me again and they will refund my NSF fee once Hubble reverses the charge.

I have tried several contact brands, and Hubble Contacts is the most comfortable brand I have tried to date. I don’t have irritated eyes from the contacts after wearing them for a few hours like I have with other brands. The monthly processing is fast and convenient. The shipping is fast and reliable. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will continue to be a customer as well as recommend Hubble to anyone who wears contacts.

So far my experience with Hubble Contacts has been exceptional. I plugged in my prescription and payment information, selected the frequency of deliveries, and voila! I never imagined ordering prescription contacts online would be so easy. It's simply one less thing to have to worry about. But wait a minute, how about when your prescription changes? No worries, just call or email them. A friendly staffer will make the corrections and send them to you straight away. Brilliant! Thank you Hubble.
