I only had this pan for 2 and 1/2 months and it started to pit in the center. I called their customer service and got the BS that I had to pay $9.95 in check or money order, plus whatever it cost to ship back this pan. The pan is 22 inches long from one end to the other, the shipping alone would have cost me at least $20.00 to send back, plus their $9.95. What a SCAM. Do the math, almost $30.00 for them to send me a new pan. I can see why Bed Bath & Beyond doesn't have their pans in the store anymore. It looks good on TV, but use them a little while and you will see what I'm talking about.

Never will I buy a Gothan Steel Pan again. And by the way, they do STICK.

This is the worst pan I ever had. From day one, the eggs stuck to the pan. I will say that it is easy to clean right now. Only time will tell if it stays that way. There are better pans on the market that actually work. I had heard bad reviews before I purchased the pans. I should have listened, but for 20 bucks for 2 pans, I figured what the heck. When they become hard to clean, to the dump they will go. I would have given a big ZERO rating, but they require at least one.

I was so excited to see a set of pots and pans that would not have stuff get stuck to it, boy was I wrong. I bought a couple of frying pans and was so excited to start my day with a fried egg and not have to use butter...big mistake. When my husband came home and asked how the frying pan worked, I told him it was crappy. He said I must have used it wrong, so he tried and low and behold, it still stuck. I have a crisper also where the coating is coming off. Man these guys really tell the biggest lies. The only thing cooked in the crisper was coated chicken and fries. I would never tell anyone to buy this, it's all a big scam.

I bought my frying pan in Canada. When arriving in Brazil in the first two weeks of use, everything was great. But now she's sticking it all together. When I make eggs, I need to put oil because it sticks. It's burning all over the sides. I'm sad to see my frying pan like this. I stopped buying things to bring the frying pan I wanted. I'm disappointed with Gotham Steel.

I purchased a Gotham Steel Pan at my local hardware store. The price was good and I was hoping to have a good quality non-stick pan to replace an old Teflon pan. First three uses were just as shown on TV and I was very satisfied. After a few washes, however, the non-stick properties of the pan quickly began to fade, and now, a month later, I have a pan that looks new and causes everything to stick like glue no matter how much butter, oil, etc. you use. Total scam, not worth the trip to the store. Don't fall for this BS!

My stepdaughter treated me to a set for Christmas. I was disappointed with the larger pan. Food started to stick and burn. Now even eggs burn. I am a private chef. I do not abuse the pan. I am very disappointed. I won’t do that again!

The pans arrived as promised and when we started using it, it was indeed exactly as demonstrated on TV. However, after using it a total of no more than 10 times, the pan became progressively harder to clean, and the last time we had to use a scouring pad to clean it.

Very disappointing! Another issue is the non-insulated handle, which becomes quickly too hot to touch when using on a gas stove.

This may be less of an issue on an electric stove. All and all, as with most things flogged on TV, it does not live up to its claims. Do not buy this product.

I was happy with the set of Gotham cookware we bought until I tried to fry eggs. They stuck terribly. Not sure why though. I didn't see in the instructions where any seasoning was required. However, for what it's worth, clean up was easy.

I really wanted to like this pan...I really did. But after just a few uses, it was clear that the pan was not going to perform as described in the advertisements. I am going to attempt to return the pan...I bought it as a gift but decided to keep it after I learned the recipient had a similar pan already. But I don't have high hopes for a refund.

I was very disappointed in this product. It doesn't do what it claims to do. The only way things don't stick is if the heat setting is on low. I have not cooked on high with these pans. I followed all the instructions and things started sticking after the second use. To send them back before time runs out is such a hassle, you pay for shipping back to them, you don't get your shipping back. They should be ashamed of such false advertising! I wish I would have read some reviews before buying these pans, which I usually do.

These are junk, then after they peel, scratch, and burn. You have to pay $17.00 to it ship back, plus $9.95 for a replacement, costing more than the price of this crappy product. This company is a joke. I wish I knew this before buying it. Hope someone else sees this before they buy.
