I only had this pan for 2 and 1/2 months and it started to pit in the center. I called their customer service and got the BS that I had to pay $9.95 in check or money order, plus whatever it cost to ship back this pan. The pan is 22 inches long from one end to the other, the shipping alone would have cost me at least $20.00 to send back, plus their $9.95. What a SCAM. Do the math, almost $30.00 for them to send me a new pan. I can see why Bed Bath & Beyond doesn't have their pans in the store anymore. It looks good on TV, but use them a little while and you will see what I'm talking about.
Never will I buy a Gothan Steel Pan again. And by the way, they do STICK.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
