I'm still working on my first bag of Morning Complete. I didn't really think I had any digestive issues, but seeing Maggie Q's video and her statement that one should be "eliminating" several times daily made me curious, as being a "once daily" person I felt that I was just fine. Having started Morning Complete, I have noticed an increase of energy, if only slightly, and I find myself eliminating more frequently but not annoyingly so.
I am a daily morning coffee drinker, taking a full mug with me to work each morning. On the rare occasions when I was in a rush and forgot my mug, by 10:30 am I would be getting headaches. I'm not sure if it is your product or not, but the other day I found I had left home without my coffee, so just was drinking water instead. I was surprised that I had NO headache! Was it the "Morning Complete"?
I would also say that the flavor of the product is pleasant enough, I just mix it with water each morning. The powder dissolves very easily, which is a definite plus. If I had one critique, it would be the packaging. Mine arrived in a zip-seal bag, and after a week of taking it in and out of the fridge making sure the bag is sealed tight, it is a bit of a pain and with the powder level getting lower it is harder to scoop out. It seemed as if there were three times more "bag" necessary than what volume of powder was IN the bag. My vote is to repackage the stuff in a jar!
Otherwise, no complaints!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
