I am now ordering my next three jars. It has been a tremendous help for me, and I am consistent in taking it. I would recommend this to anyone having constipation but wonder if it would work for folks that have IBS the other way?
I am not sure who to ask that question. My granddaughter needs something to stop her diarrhea from IBS, and I would have her try it if it is good for that as well.
It has not helped in regards to gassiness but I am not sure it is supposed to. All I can say is that I feel better, and my hair is shinier and grows faster. My nails are stronger as well.
