In no way was I looking for a monthly fragrance subscription service, but when I had heard about Scentbird, it peaked my interest. It is affordable for the most part, the only issue I have is that I am almost positive it was explained that I would get a new carrying case every three months, which has not happened.
Long story short, they have a decent selection of options and a decent UI for the desktop.
Good experience...so far.

I have absolutely loved every scent I got. I love going to the mail and seeing what has come. I let the company choose for me and so far they are spot on! The most recent scent I received is Burberry. It’s sweet and soft. Great job, Scentbird, you always come through for me. I love getting ready for the day, but I just don’t feel complete with a splash of perfume. I always get compliments on how I smell, and that always makes me feel great.

I have always wanted to be able to try different perfumes but really didn't care for spending money on perfume I wouldn't wear. With Scentbird I get to try new perfume all the time at a small expense. I really love that Scentbird recommends scents to you based on your taste in perfume. I love Scentbird and I upgraded my account so that I get two scents per month now.

I'm the type that rarely buys designer items unless it's a screaming good deal or I've been able to test the product and simply believe it in it. Scentbird has allowed me to elevate my perfume game with minimal input on my part. Each month's delivery is a little pick-me-up, and after several months I am still tickled when I know I'm walking home to my mailbox to the little black pouch. My account is easy to navigate, easy to tailor to myself, and easy to submit feedback. I feel like my options are endless so far. I've recommended it to many friends.

My new FAVORITE scent! I have received numerous compliments on this scent from men and women alike! I even had one man come back and actually "sniff" me and make me write down the name of the perfume so he could buy it for his wife! I will definitely be buying this scent!

I have always wanted to wear high-end perfumes but could not always afford the price tag. Scentbird made it possible for me to wear designer brands. I rarely use the entire bottle before the next month arrives, so I can switch back and forth for occasions. Thank you!

I love the fact that I am able to try all the different brands every month for such a low price. It's also really convenient because it comes in a small pouch which I can put in a small purse or clutch.

I am obsessed with perfume. Scentbird is PERFECT for me. I love how detailed the information provided is for each scent and how many scents they have available. I keep two in my purse, a few at home, one in my car and one at my boyfriend's house. They’re perfect! I love the cases you get with them and can purchase as extras. The prices are reasonable as well. I totally recommend Scentbird.

Fresh and sexy that can be worn even at work. Not too strong for me, although I do like strong fragrances. It has a sophisticated feel to it that would go well with a party dress. I would recommend this fragrance.

I don't know what to say. I have been waiting two months for my third shipment and have not received the product. When I've already paid for it. I don't know if I want to continue using this subscription if they don't deliver it in a timely manner.

I have had maybe four shipments now, and I love the experience. I come home from work to a small gift from time to time, and it's a new cologne! The samples are the perfect size and priced just right.

The first scent had the perfect vanilla coconut scent I was hoping for. All the others were WAY OFF. Pine Musky. Yuck. I asked for fresh light sweet, NOT FLORAL. The second scent I got was super floral smelled like an old lady. The third scent I received I sprayed once and threw away. I think it was for a man?

This service is amazing, and the perfume is of good quality, not a knock-off type product. it gives you the convenience of trying various expensive perfumes at a fraction of the cost. And as long as you don't over do it, it pretty much lasts until your next monthly shipment. I do wish after 6 months or so coupons were offered for a discount of $10.00-$20.00 off perfume $50.00 or more.

My very first order was damaged. It took over a month to receive a replacement after being ignored by customer service. I was charged for my January scent and have not received it yet. I was told to let them know if I haven’t received my January scent by February 2nd. This is nearly a month after being charged and not having received my scent. I am canceling my subscription and trying scent box.

Scentbird always delivers on time. The selection is comparable to any other. When I've had a question, it was answered timely, completely, and thoroughly. The product is just as described - no bait and switch. You get what you pay for.
I love this service with its outstanding loyalty to its customer base. No one will regret receiving their Scentbird package each month. It's just one of those things I look forward to receiving!

I love the fragrance that I receive, but I would like to be able to get some brand name fragrance without upgrading, like Chanel Lancome, etc. But overall I am pleased. It looks like the fragrances get better and better with each order.

I absolutely love Scentbird. I've had them for 3 or 4 months and I've never got a scent that it did not like. And it even showed me some cologne that I never would have looked at otherwise. Hands down the best service I've ever had.

I was skeptical about joining an online club such as this, but I am so glad that I did. I am enjoying every single fragrance that I have received. I love receiving the fragrances; it’s always a delightful surprise. I had initial hiccups with my account, but my concerns were addressed promptly, and now shipments are very timely. Great way to discover new colognes I’ve always wanted to try. Sometimes the unknown is best, and the reviews by the staff are on point! The suggestions they offer on how the cologne scent is great. Once you get 2-3 orders, you can switch up the ones you want depending on your mood or outing/season.

I don’t always pick the perfume I will like to try each month. I have to say that the fragrance of the month January is called (Malvin+Goetz) cannabis and I will highly, highly not recommend this perfume. It is the worst fragrance that I have ever smelled in my life. At the beginning, I thought it was just too strong, so I let it dry and set to see if the smell change. But it’s back, and this is definitely the worst perfume ever!

I really like the scents that I picked. They also recommend scents according to your profile, and I feel that they did a good job with that. However, the container made my perfume leak. In two months the container broke, and it wasted my scent. I was unable to contact Scentbird. I did email them but never got a reply back.

I’ve been a member for about four months. I had one perfume that was strong for me, but I gave it to my adult daughter. I am not a brand loyal person necessarily, so being able to switch it up is fun. The most frustrating part for is anticipation (cue the song). I really look forward to that mail. I invested in extra cases in different colors.
My December order was quite delayed by weather and the holiday. I hoped to get it beforehand.

They have some really good scents and good sized bottles. Definitely glad I started it! I wasn’t expecting to have such a big sized perfume bottle, and it lasts for awhile. The scents are different, but I like them. And I love changing it up and using different smells.

I am very picky about the perfume scents I use, so when I find one, I usually stick with it. Unfortunately, the market changes so quickly my preference has to keep up as well. Scentbird has made it possible for me to enjoy and try new scents I may never have taken a chance with previously. I tell everyone I know about Scentbird and how awesome it is.
