Every item that I've bought from Wish has been garbage. I saw this website and thought I would order Christmas gifts from here. What a huge mistake! Clothes are 3-4 sizes smaller than everywhere else in the world. Shoes are about half the size they say they are. Anything that you don't wear is the lowest possible quality possible.

Note: I think all items come from China in a canoe...add at least two months to any delivery time Wish gives you.

This site is legit, lots of good stuff at bargain prices, but you got to pay close attention to all the charges. I have been charged double shipping and the prices for the items were not what I had originally paid for. I caught these mistakes and brought it to "Wish" attention, only to be told the prices fluctuates if you wait too long to check out! A lot of their ads are deceiving, it’s not for the picture shown, you really have to be on top of this, or else you’re gonna get a different product than the one you bought. I contacted "Wish" about this "BAIT AND SWITCH" tactic they are using to deceive buyers (Wish had no good response to this practice!) All and all, they offer good products at good prices, you just got to be on your toes and check out your orders carefully before you check out and pay. I also found out if you don’t pay immediately, you can get the items at an even lower price, just by jumping around the pages!

My husband ordered a wedding band and a set of wedding rings on November 4, 2018. He hasn't received the order yet. Every time I try to contact Wish, a code pops up of "404." I think this company isn't real, so please be very careful if you decided to purchase anything from them.

I selected a pair of boots, the price was 13 bucks, but at checkout, the price was 55 bucks! I did the purchase thinking I would be charged the advertised discounted price...nope...I did get a refund quickly, but I have contacted "customer service" (what a joke that is) at least 10 times for an explanation as to why the price shown on MANY items is not the price at checkout! NO RESPONSE received in over one week! SCAM.

I am finding that this, along with so many other scam companies is showing up on Facebook. I always read the reviews now before I take the risk. As to BBB giving them an A+ rating, I saw on a news report that is because these companies PAY BBB for a good rating. I guess this makes BBB a scam too.

I did order many products from Wish, however, my last two orders I need to cancel because of delivery time. The product was not delivered on the delivery time given and as soon as the delivery date in nearer, Wish changes the delivery date to next week. I send a few emails to customer service, but no use. I haven't received their appropriate answer on the next delivery date.

Ultimately, I requested the refund, however, didn't get a complete refund and for few items, money refunded by wish but not on time.

I sent every time more than 200 SGD for buying the product, so I expect from Wish to have good customer service as well.

The last order I placed in October 2018 and now it is November 2018 and I still haven't received any product and no response from Wish where the product is. Their tracking system is a complete failure, and the support service is also a big failure.

We are actually wasting our valuable time in tracking the items and writing every time.

I was on the Wish app, clicked on a lot of toys I potentially was going to purchase, and after I clicked to check out, it automatically charged my credit card $176.00, before I had the chance to review my items. I immediately emailed customer support within 20 minutes, and all I was sent back was that my message was received. I've called over 7 times and am directed to the website which offers me Wish money as a refund, and as stated, I want my money, not Wish money. This is a scam. I would not recommend Wish to anyone, and my daughter, who is a repeat customer, will no longer be a customer either.

Wish is a scam. I'm unable to get my money. They continue to lie and give untrue information. I paid $38.00+ and they only returned $19.00 saying they returned it. Untrue, and I want my money back. You can't talk to anyone or text your complaint.

I ordered a fancy tablet. What a horrible idea. Here is what I got...

The item was defective: the display flickers constantly as if a cable inside it is loose, making it unusable.

But what really upset me the most is how fake it is: it is not 11.6 inch, it's 10.1 model (first obvious tip-off), it's 1280 x 800, not 2580 x 1600...and...it's not Android 7.1, it's 4.x (ancient). It's not even an MTK6797 at all...it's an MT6592T chip, it's not 10 cores, it's 8 cores.

Its OS is reporting false storage size, so who knows if it's even 128GB, it's probably not.

There is no TF card slot, or SIM card slot, therefore, not dual SIM. The list goes on...

I actually made the mistake of logging into my Google account on the thing, and suspect I've been hacked...

I never received an item I bought and paid for, but Wish.com refused to issue a refund blaming their courier. Of course, this is unacceptably disgusting customer service.

Additionally, their products are almost universally of poor quality, imitation or legacy stock. The prices are low because the quality is low.

I had two refunds for a broken laptop that I sent back and a perfume. I waited for a watch for over two months, it never arrived, and they say I can’t get a refund because my account has been flagged for too many refunds! Really? They literally can track the item and see that I don’t have it! Ridiculous. Like it’s my fault the last tracking update, it’s in freaking China! Scam. I am never buying from Wish again, that’s for sure.
