    Late delivery of product and also refund is slow

    Overall Experience:

    I did order many products from Wish, however, my last two orders I need to cancel because of delivery time. The product was not delivered on the delivery time given and as soon as the delivery date in nearer, Wish changes the delivery date to next week. I send a few emails to customer service, but no use. I haven't received their appropriate answer on the next delivery date.

    Ultimately, I requested the refund, however, didn't get a complete refund and for few items, money refunded by wish but not on time.

    I sent every time more than 200 SGD for buying the product, so I expect from Wish to have good customer service as well.

    The last order I placed in October 2018 and now it is November 2018 and I still haven't received any product and no response from Wish where the product is. Their tracking system is a complete failure, and the support service is also a big failure.

    We are actually wasting our valuable time in tracking the items and writing every time.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
