I have had tummy upset issues for more than a year. May have started with food poisoning, job burnout or stress, or all of the above. It seems like a good product. I like the weight loss. I've lost about 10 pounds since I started taking it 3 months ago. I think it is the chicory root that helps shift the balance, but also I have cut out simple carbs and sugars from my diet so that probably is a factor, lol.
