I'm almost finished with my first box of Synbiotic 365 and it's already making a difference. I wanted to get rid of that bloated feeling I always seem to have and after the first week that was gone. The secondary benefit has been increased energy. I don't tire mid-day like I used to. I think it must be the B vitamins in it. Looks like I'll be ordering again, it could only get better.
