Never buy anything from this company if you don’t want to lose your money! An unserious company that will steal your money AND your time! I was waiting for my order for 4 months and never received anything, I tried to contact them to have my money back and they stopped answering my emails and questions. And I probably never gonna get the whole amount of money back either! Never buy anything from them. I am warning you!

I have received 4 orders from Piping Rock, the last one arrived 7 days after I placed the order. The products I have bought have worked as they should. And prices are great. I will continue to order from here.

I saw many bad comments about Piping Rock. However I'd take that risk. My order was made on 4/22/19 and the products arrived on 4/30/19 (8 days to Thailand). That very impressed me. I will order again.

Never got the product or a refund, they keep saying the same thing that it cleared at customs. Never mind, I never received it. Awful customer service, they have a template that they send and that’s it.

I order last March 14, 2019 to be exact but unfortunately, until now I'm still waiting. I'm trying to email the customer service but they told me that its already in my country. They also attempted twice to deliver it but I did not receive any call. I tried to go to my local post office (Emirate post office), but they need the tracking number. They did not give me a tracking number since I order it via airmail courier. I hope I can track it. Bad service.

Item never arrived. I was told it had been with customs so refused to refund. This is ridiculous. I paid $10 for shipping but didn't have any information or tracking number which is required by customs for investigating lost parcels. Does this sound like a scam?

Buying on eBay is more reliable than them.

I bought in August 2018 products for a total amount of 100 USD approximately. I never received the products, I never received the money back. This company stole my money. I am doing this post in order to make people aware of the risks a potential customer can face if they buy from this pseudo company.

Horrible company, the worst ever. I wish I never ordered from them! They left orders off shipping list/packing list, they overcharged me, did not send items, bait and switch items, items are not there that I paid for, and there is human blood all inside of the box! Some bad person tried to ship and cut themselves and the blood is everywhere! Everything was wrong on this order!

We had to call twice to speak to two different people, they don't want to do anything to fix it, they are very rude and an extremely irresponsible company. I will never order with them again. And I wanted to speed everything up and tried one time to not order on Amazon and this is what I get! Do not order with this company - they are horrible! Human blood in the box? Really? Horrible! They don't even care! Over $450 order down the drain!

Do not buy! STAY AWAY! The only reason I am giving a 1-star rating is because there are nil options of less than this. I ordered some tablets for water alkalinity on 01/27. On 02/21, which is when it was advised I should have received the order, they advised me to wait another month as it was held up in customs. On 03/28 I followed up and the same advice provided. They do not give a tracking number, period (especially once it hits your country), they do not give you a refund if you never receive your order, they cannot actually confirm the order was shipped.

Trust me, save yourself the frustration and loss of money. Don't buy from these scammers!

I really wanted this product to work; actually I really needed this product to work. I bought two bottles and gave it a perfect and valiant try. When I realized it was, sadly, not working at all, I called their Customer Service Depart to obtain a refund since they do state a very kind and generous Refund Policy. I returned both bottles as required and did not use the last few remaining pills (as they require "at least 5" left to be returned). I did return several more than 5, but left them in one bottle instead of "dividing them into each bottle." Well, just shockingly, they took this opportunity to keep half of my refund.

What Company would rather keep $12 and pass ill-will, than to refund and keep a happy and satisfied customer?
