    Poorest customer service possible

    Overall Experience:

    I really wanted this product to work; actually I really needed this product to work. I bought two bottles and gave it a perfect and valiant try. When I realized it was, sadly, not working at all, I called their Customer Service Depart to obtain a refund since they do state a very kind and generous Refund Policy. I returned both bottles as required and did not use the last few remaining pills (as they require "at least 5" left to be returned). I did return several more than 5, but left them in one bottle instead of "dividing them into each bottle." Well, just shockingly, they took this opportunity to keep half of my refund.

    What Company would rather keep $12 and pass ill-will, than to refund and keep a happy and satisfied customer?

    Here seems to be your answer.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
