I made an order on Wish.com for an eco fan with their blitz buy and then used their 5% code that they gave me and then 2 days later they refunded me and said "Unfortunately, the merchant was unable to fulfill an item from your order." They are so cheeky, very bad business practice, I won't be using them anymore!

This app is a complete joke. They keep locking my account and asking for a screenshot of a bank statement or a piece of id with just my photo and name shown. I sent a bank statement cropped not showing any personal information probably 20 times and they locked it again after a couple of days each time I sent it. Then it only gave the option to send the piece of ID so I sent a photo that was edited to show only my photo and name - the rest was blacked out. They locked my account AGAIN not even 12 hours after sending this. I have items paid for and on their way and I can't even see my purchases because of the lock on my account. I've given up on this app as I'm not sending my personal information another 100 times. This app is ridiculous - DO NOT TRUST IT.

I purchased an item through them, I returned to them after I received a label through USPS. From early February until now they did NOT refund my money. They have stolen from me. I contact them so many times, not one real response to my request, they have a robot answer my questions, phone number in California is fake, they do fraud business.

Having just recently purchased item through Wish, all of a sudden they require a bank statement showing purchases made/paid. This I have sent in 7 times, no response, even though they state that it will be responded to in 3 days. Totally useless customer service. I am going to keep sending the bank statement each day from now on, I am due for goods within the next few weeks, we will see!

I purchased 7 items that came to a total of a little over $9.00 and according to the shipping quote on each item the shipping would also be a little over $9.00. I ordered the items and then they changed the shipping and charged me $33.00 for shipping. I contacted them and they said that was the correct charge, when I pointed out to them that they can pull up each item and that is the wrong price per the ad for each item they said sorry for the bad experience and would not refund their mistake. They are nothing but a scam! Buyer beware, they change prices after you order!

Purchased an expensive Smart TV that was defective. They would not refund or replace the TV. This place is a joke! They drag their feet until the 30-day warranty period was over, then they claimed I didn't file in the time frame.

I ordered around 16 items on April 19, 2019 and until now I received only 3 items and I paid 30 dhms for delivery. The bad part is every two, three days I'm getting one item and the post office is charging me 30 dhms on each item. If I ordered all together, why am I not getting the items all together? What is the point of ordering, it will cost me too much, and they said I will get all the items on the 8th of June but still, I didn’t receive all the items.

Many times you never receive your items and they will not issue a refund, other times it arrives broken or the incorrect size. It is impossible to return the items and they will not always give a refund. If you have nothing else better to do with your money, by all means, become a "Wish" customer.

Ordering from this company is like opening a box of chocolates! You never know what you're getting but it's almost always NEVER what you ordered. I recently ordered coleus seeds and when I planted them it sprouted grass, once again not getting what I paid for. If I was you I would avoid this site like the plague.

They are fake and a scam. Once the order is placed you can't cancel. Can't speak to anyone. All are overseas fake junk. BEWARE. They don't understand emails and customer service is awful. I wouldn't order from them. Their stuff is cheap. Colognes FAKE.

It's a scam! Cheap little stereo thing not what I ordered! No CD player! Took forever to get here, do not shop here! It's a freaking joke! Shop at the Dollar General before you shop here, and that's saying a lot! I gave them too many stars too, one is about 4 too many!
