    Horrible customer service.

    Overall Experience:

    Purchased an expensive Smart TV that was defective. They would not refund or replace the TV. This place is a joke! They drag their feet until the 30-day warranty period was over, then they claimed I didn't file in the time frame.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
